Don't buy anything from them through Wal-Mart. I ordered a blender and it worked for two months and I have left message after message with no response. Horrible customer service.

I order a trash can and they sent me the wrong one and I was told I have to pay to have it shipped back and even sent the copy of the paperwork showing they sent me the wrong one and I refuse to pay to have the wrong item sent back to them. After I ordered I read the reviews and won't make this mistake twice because wal-mart will not take it back so I am stuck with something I can't use. Never ever use this company because they steal and don't care that they scammed you. I would of gave zero stars but can't.

I recently bought two air purifiers from them but there was an issue on the website where is cheaper and they told me I would get a $29 refund. I have not heard back from them since and I've been trying to message them. Seems like not good service. If you read this please get back to me. Thank you

On the wall Mart app a lot items out of stock and some dt say if in stock and some say there in stock but really got none it sucks cause you load money on your card thinking your going to get what you need then go to order and find out they got none so you waste your time and effort

Ordered a specific bike carrier from Walmart's website and was sent totally different rack from this company that was in fact $5 dollars cheaper then the one i ordered, and its the wrong size for my receiver. To make matters worse, i see I'm stuck with return shipping and a 20% restocking fee .. Not too happy about this and im going to take it right to the store and demand my money back.

Ordered a $6.95 electronic item from E-Store ATC Mar 8, paid via credit card Mar 10. Delivery was supposed to be Mar 16 via shipping and USPS. Never arrived. Shipping information shows "just shipped" for a week, no USPS tracking information available. E-Store ATC claims USPS shows the item was delivered. Refuses to follow up with USPS and is giving us the run-around. Will never order from E-Store ATC. Will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered Tripod Albott 64" Digital SLR Camera Aluminum Travel Portable Tripod Monopod with carry bag through Walmart.com. It is NOT Tripod Monopod as it advertises on the website. It is Tripod ONLY. (Note: I just found out that other websites, amazon.com, etc advertise the exact same product as Tripod only (NOT Tripod Monopod). I tried to call seller (815-254-3765) but message said this number is either disconnect or no longer in service. I called another number seller number (617-840-8703) but message said this person is not setup voice mail to accept phone message. I tried to email this seller on their website but email did not go through. I will not buy any product from them again.
