It's been 3 weeks since I've ordered an item from e buyz LLC and I still haven't received my purchase. I was suppose to receive my item 11 days ago. I tracked my item and it is still in texas where it has been for more than 3 weeks. I've sent an email to E BUYZ LLC and so far no response. This is ridiculous. Perhaps I should've read the reviews before making a purchase with E BUYZ LLC. Never again.

I never received the item I paid for, furthermore the company told me via email that it’s my responsibility to make sure I get the item from USPS. So they just don’t care if their deliver services are not delivering items that were paid for, utterly ridiculous. Buyer beware you may not get your items and this company simply does not care.

I am very disappointed with Walmart and with their Marketplace E-BUYZ LLC. I sent for Hoover Bagless Air Cordless Upright Vacuum, BH51120PC sold by E-BUYZ LLC . It did not have enough suction for me, I tried it once and returned it on Dec. 31, 2018. The company told me to send it back for a return. It cost me $45.00 to send. After I complain they sent me a return label which was too late. The vacuum alone cost me $189.99 plus tax. I have contacted them thru email 3 times and have not seen any credit. It has been 5 weeks and no credit.
