Bought a laptop from this seller. Never received the laptop even though it says it was delivered. According to the USPS, the package with the tracking number I was given for the order was delivered to the address on the package. Unfortunately I don't live in the town where the package was sent and delivered. I confirmed that my address is listed on the order confirmation. After several attempts to contact the seller (without answer), I appealed to Walmart support directly. In the end I got a refund but only because Walmart stepped in, but its a consolation prize. I won't be able to buy a similarly optioned laptop for the same price (cyber monday) and won't be able to find a comparable replacement in time for Christmas. Based on their (non-existent) customer service I would not trust them with my future purchases. I would recommend paying a little more and looking for a more reputable seller.
