Same as everyone else. No shipping update, no communication, no help. Yet they got their money! And like most on here, this was a Christmas gift. I’m not sure I want to tell them about it in case my package never comes!

I ordered item for Christmas. It was to be shipped and received by 12/10/20; however, as of 12/22/20, not yet received and no communication received. I have routinely been monitoring tracking and since 12/08/2020 it shows shipped and in transit to UPS facility ....I have attempted to contact, but line busy or when it does ring, no answer. This is the main gift for family member so greatly disappointed. I would not have even given 1 star if option! Would not recommend and I will never place order through this company again. Disappointed that Walmart is associated with this company, as this is why I trusted initially.

I place an order on Walmart.com on 12/11/2020 for a gaming chair for my son. My item was supposed to be delivered on 12/16/2020 and as of today 12/21/2020 it still has not been shipped and no one can help me. They do not answer any calls or messages and Walmart is unable to help. If I was able I would have given a ZERO Star. Terrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Video Chair from Walmart. Did not know it was thru 3rd party Dropjop??? Apparently they lost my order didnt tell me and now im getting the run around on trying to RECEIVE my purchased item before Christmas... But Walmart still selling item with Guarantee to receive before Christmas... Really?? What about my item i bought and paid for on 12/15/20. and you lost so now i loose too? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY BOTH COMPANIES. Excuse i got from Dropjop was there was a Courier Warehouse Fire??? Really?? Was mine the only item lost and if so replace it asap as you are still selling this item. Lousy customer service. Walmart should be ashamed to associate with them. Destroying reputation.

I have waited for a response no one has responded. My package was supposed to be delivered a week ago and no updates have been made to the tracking of my package. I have requested a refund and still no response.

I’ve been waiting for a Christmas gift that said it was shipped on 12/4 it’s been delayed with ups and I still don’t have any information. Christmas is 8 days away like c’mon this is terrible customer service

Not only can they not be bothered to send your item or even let you know where it is, but they ignore dozens of emails, calls, and messages from their customers. Fuck em. Zero stars.

I ordered a high capcity 8-drawer rolling room chest. It was late being delivered and when we opened it (a Christmas present), it was damaged. The top was bent/smashed. I contacted walmart.com and was told the company would get in touch with me within 48 hours. I heard from them 48 hours later and was told it was out of policy. I won't give this company even one star, but had to because it wouldn't take the message if I didn't.

I ordered the tool chest, as well. I ordered it Dec 8th, supposed to arrive by Dec 17, then was updated to Dec 21. No one will respond to my questions. Christmas is over. I just want a refund at this point. It was supposed to by the Santa present. Now I'm out $200 and can't get ahold of anyone. This is ridiculous. Walmart should flag this seller as a scammer and refund everyone who purchased from them. 0 stars!

I ordered the 8 drawer rolling tool chest for my husband. I had no idea I was ordering from a 3rd party company. It was supposed to arrive within a week. Then they changed the arrival date. I checked the tracking with UPS and it showed it was being delivered to Florida. I live in Arizona. Walmart.com had the correct address so I have no idea how UPS got a Florida address. I called UPS and they wouldn't do anything about it. I called walmart.com and once I explained it to them and they looked up the tracking number they refunded my order right away. I will stop ordering from Walmart if they're going to have 3rd party vendors that we are unaware of.

I ordered a patio table and chairs, I received an email yesterday that it was delivered which it was not. When I emailed Dropjop I got a response that it was sent to the wrong address and now the item is out of stock. I will never place another order through Walmart .com since they are using third party resellers and they do not inform you of that when you are placing the order.
