It got here but what a scam. Walmart Delivery was free but DropAir was $14.99 for a $24 item. Will pay better attention and not order DropAir again and disappointed in Walmart for using this "service??"!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! Took the money and waited 10 days. I called to check the status of the order, they said it was still processing. Found out they cancelled the order the next morning and Walmart won't honor the price or back the price up. They however will give me the same product for $499.99 verse the $48.76 that it was listed for. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Was in the market for a hot roller set. Walmart carries the one I want for $62. Surprising for Walmart to be so pricey, I thought. Only to read the fine print “Sold & shipped by DropAir” After reading all the reviews posted about DropAir, I’ve decided not to purchase from Walmart. The same product is sold for $34.99 from other department store. Disappointed with Walmart to continue use DropAir. They’ve lost my business.

This seems like a scam. I ordered a printer...they took the money ..then never shipped product. They would not respond...i had to contact Walmart to resolve...by then they had had my money for a month....buyer beware

I have purchased an assortment of these binders in the past. When I received my order from a different seller, I received 6 binders in an assortment of colors. This seller had the same photo and description, charged a price similar to the price I had previously purchased these binders at, only this seller sent only 1 binder rather than the assortment of 6 that the photo shows. The listing is deceiving and the seller does not accept returns. In the end I purchased 1 school binder for $36.00. Not acceptable.

I had brought a adidas rumble two sack at end of July of 2020 and never receieved the order should have gotten it already the beginging of August. They had taken my cash instead. Try getting a hold of them through emails and they have not responded back. I strongly wouldn't buy from them again.

Purchased a hitch mounted bicycle carrier via Walmart.com. When I checked AGAIN for a tracking number for supposed 7/31 arrival (which is still not available because order is "in Process" ) Today I found An upgraded version for $25 less that will arrive in 5 days so I ordered it. I was comparing your metal detector search coils. Your prices are about 1/4 times more than the competitive companies and maker of the metal detector. Original price w/ free shipping $39.99 & you want $62.43 , but free shipping w/ orders over $35. You are a thief and price gouging. I would never buy from your company. Ordered through Wal-Mart shipped by Dropair as they did not put my apt number fedex delivered to wrong address and driver signed for package so long story short never got package and credit card still charged blame goes to shipper and fedex

I purchased an $1100 keyboard from dropair via walmart.com. The keyboard arrived damaged and the company, despite multiple efforts to return the item, failed to provided a return shipping label. The 30 day return period subsequently elapsed and now Dropair and Walmart.com say I am on my own. I wish I had seen the aweful rating for this vendor before my purchase.

I purchased 2 large skeins of baby yarn. The price had doubled since my last purchase, but I needed the yarn. The large skein of yarn was 10.5 ounces. I received 2 skeins each weighing 3.5 ounces. This type of business is a "scam". I informed Walmart of this action. Be careful if buying through Walmart or other on line businesses that it is not shipped through Dropair LLC. A phone number could not be found for them.

ORDERED a 3D printer - - a FlashForge Adventurer 3. Paid $509.52 . Normally sells for $449 on Amazon, but they were out of stock, as was Walmart itself. I was willing to pay a little extra to get one in time for Christmas. RECEIVED the FlashForge Adventurer LITE VERSION, which is the wrong model, and normally sells for $369. Trying to return the unopened product for full refund so I can buy it from another seller. So DropAir jacked up the price by $140 in the hopes that I wouldn't notice the difference in models. Judging by the other comments, I'm guessing this was no accident.

Bought a braun electric tooth brush for 88$ and was shipped a 35$ off market toothbrush instead and charged for expensive model. BAIT AND SWITCH! These people should be in PRISON.

This is the absolute worst company ever. The level of disrespect for there customers is unreal. I bought a baby crib sheet that I thought was sateen. The sheet was 40.00. I knew that was expensive for just a fitted sheet but I wanted my baby girl to have a sateen sheet. When it arrived it was the hardest ruffest sheet I ever felt. I wouldn't let my dogs sleep on it. When I tried to return the item a day later I was given the run around only for them to say it was pasted the deadline. These are hard times for everyone and I made a sacrifice to invest in this item. It is a true shame how this company takes advantage of people. I never received my money back but I did learn a hard lesson to always check ratings of a company. I bought the atem through Walmart as a third part seller but I will be sending Walmart a detailed email as well as the better business bureau. I hope this message helps someone from making the mistake I did. Please please stay away from this company.

THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SUCKS! I ordered 2 King electric heaters on 2/1/21 to be delivered on 2/26. On 2/26, they send an email saying my order was delayed. Then, on 3/2, I get an email saying my order was canceled. Actually, they said it was canceled at MY request. Bullshit, I have been anxiously awaiting those heaters. I should have read these reviews before I ordered. i give these jerks NEGATIVE five stars.

I paid for 6 inflatable chili peppers 30 inch . They were advertised as a 6 pack . Interesting that they sent only one. They requested I take a picture of the product they sent and box sent in. .Ridiculous as it was sent in a poly bag envelope small enough to fit only one of this item. I will stand on they knew they only sent one based on shipping weight and what they paid for shipping. I cant believe Walmart continues to support this business. I see I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with this business. I ordered a door lever to Walmart, I decided to return it because I found a different one, Walmart told me it was not through their company but a partner, I asked them how was the return policy for the other company, they said Drop Air will contacted me, it passed a month they never contacted me, I asked Walmart again for any information on Drop Air they said they will contact me, after a month waiting I found their contact Email, I wrote them to ask how to return the door lever, they said they are sorry but the return Policy says one month, so now it past a month they cant return my money, What a Shame!!!

I got this answer from Drop Air after waiting for a month from a call from them!!! Thanks for reaching out. Your order shows that it was delivered last February 14 and is already past the 30 day return period. With that, this order is no longer eligible for a return or refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Walmart advertised a case of honest tea for $16.66, and I ordered eight cases, but the trick in the order was that was the price of one bottle. I paid case prices for single bottles. Very deceitful. Never again a Walmart shopper.

SCAM!! This scamming business took 2 weeks before I was informed the swimming pool I ordered was not in stock. Meanwhile, they had already taken my payment! Now, I have to wait 5-10 days to get my money refunded. The whole process is a hassle! They will not respond to calls or messages. Don't spend your precious money with these CROOKS!!

I ordered an item from this retailer and it had a long delay for delivery but I waited patiently. Then when it was close to the time to arrive a tracking number was supplied and the shipment was marked as shipped! Oh but wait the day of delivery is here and the order was cancelled stating customer changed mind. Now I get to wait another couple of weeks for something I needed a few weeks ago. Garbage retailer.

I ordered Three pair of Lee jeans from Walmart on May 17th, got two of the three but they came from another company. But one pair is suppose to come from Dropair and supposedly they shipped on May 21st. But now I'm getting a shipment delayed message. Walmart contacted the company and they sent be some bogus email about contacting the warehouse. With all these bad reviews for the life of me I can't figure out why Walmart would even be doing business with this company, it's makes for a blackeye on Walmart and there are other place I can shop. But bottom line Dropair is a ripoff. If I could, I wouldn't even give them a half star rating.

I am in shock at the reviews for this company and WalMart still uses them. Ordered an expensive floating rake and it was supposed to deliver on June 1. Now I get a message it is delayed. Just a headache now to try to get a refund. Really surprised and disappointed WalMart is affiliated with this company.

I ordered a set of golf clubs on June 20th, 2021. The entire time after entering the order the web site could not provide any information about whether the item has shipped, the tracking number or the delivery date. The WalMart customer service personnel could not provide any information other than to read to me what the web site says. WalMart's web selling efforts is poor. DropAir the provider they use to ship products are worthless.

I just got ripped off 475.99 from these jokers. I never ordered the product that my walmart.com account was charged for and it was delivered several states away after it was supposed to be cancelled and I am fighting with walmart to get my money back. Walmart is just as much at fault. I was assured twice by two different representatives that the shipment would be cancelled and my money refunded. Instead it was delivered to some scam artist and now I am fighting to get my money back. Do not save your payment information in WALMART.COM!!!!

I bought a complete pool hose cleaner replacement ($195), which contained multiple pieces, and had entire unit assembled and installed in pool before finding out one of the components leaked. I contacted to seller to accept return of the one component for replacement, which they refused. They wanted me to disassemble and return entire unit for a refund or replacement. That was impossible. I had to wait 3 weeks for first item to arrive and could not risk sending the entire unit back with the hopes of a quick turnaround or refund for the item. I now have to spend more money to replace the damaged part, which luckily I can buy, albeit at a high price. My suggestion is to avoid DropAir for your purchases, and Walmart too for continuing to allow DropAir on their website. There are more reputable dealers out there who could have dealt with this problem easily (Amazon for one). Apparently, customer service or satisfaction isn't a priority for these sellers as they exclaim on the website.

Ordered from these people still have not received any message about the order which is already 2 weeks late. Walmart needs to drop this company.

ordered a saw from them and it arrived soaking wet without a shipping box. I didn't open it and decided I didn't need it. I went to return it and walmart said I had to contact the seller. Contacted the seller and they told me I only had 30 days to return. I never even opened the box. These people are scammers do not use them you are worned.
