Zero Stars!!!!! I ordered a treadmill from them. They just created a shipping label but didn't ship anything!!! I was supposed to receive it this week but nothing! 11 days later and it's still not received by FedEx. They also are terrible at customer response and just keep trying to placate me with the useless tracking number.

Company full of crooks. Like the other reviewer, I placed an order (for an adult three wheeled bike) and they created a shipping label and *Surprise* Fed Ex didn’t get item 2 weeks later.. Thank goodness I was able to dispute the charge and I’m receiving my money back because this company sure doesn’t care. I wish I didn’t have to give a single star simply to warn others...they sure didn’t earn it.
