Customer service????? I ordered some cabinet handles/pulls from this site. When they arrived, 4 of the 6 pulls had some level of rust on them! How does product like this even get shipped? When I contacted them, I was told I would receive a full refund. Two weeks later, after numerous phone calls and e-mails, I have received an empty promise of a refund. I would recommend not using this site. They ship product that should be disposed of, and don't replace or refund their garbage. And this is a Walmart associated vendor?? Very frustrating.....
