This seller does not respond to any emails you send. I asked about the delay and was ignored; called Walmart.com to cancel order and was told they would send a request to cancel and the would be in contact and was ignored; I went online and cancelled the item and an email was sent to seller and was ignored. Yet 12 hours later they suddenly decided that they would send out the order. Guess what I put in a refund request and am going to take my sweet time sending it back just like they did.

I ordered my grandsons BB pistols on Walmart website sold by Digi Commerce. They came as ordered around the end of November. There Christmas gifts so were wrapped under the tree until the 24th. The boys loved them. One of the pistols broke within 10 days of being opened! There was ALWAYS an adult there when the guns were being used so no mistreatment of the pistols at all. When I requested a refund was told "the window of return ended Dec 16"!!!!! Even before the boys had them. Utterly ridiculous!!! Worst customer service ever!! Would not recommend ever buying anything from this company! I wish I didn't have to give them any stars on rating but want this seen.

Walmart you are being taken totally for a big ride by the marketplace seller called "Digi commerce" that you continue to list on your website, and who sells nothing but junk from what I see on their own website. They could NEVER have filled my request from my Walmart order # 5152017-914415, for they totally sell nothing like the two items purchased on your website which was to be fulfilled by them. My order was processed and then a few hours later I received an email from you Walmart, stating that "I CANCELED MY OWN ORDER"...WHAT?!!...needless to say, It was not me who canceled the order, it was you yourself WALMART!!...In fact, when I called you Walmart to find out what the issue was, the customer service person named Laura, couldn't even find my order on your website and promised me a call back with an explanation, of which I am currently waiting for. Please tell the truth Walmart, and get rid of useless marketplace sellers like Digi commerce that is on your website before they destroy your reputation, and your loyal customers start looking elsewhere to purchase big-ticket items. They don't even deserve one star, but I want to make it known how horrible they are!!

Digii gave a wrong tracking #,and when I told them so,they insisted it was delivered! They also nislead buyers on quanities adverrised on Walmart,making it seem like you are ordering a case of 12 boxes sawing 12/18 Sos soap pads,but instead send 1 box SCA.MERS,WALMART should delist them!!!!

Ordered an Elmo toy box organizer and instead of sending the item they sent an envelope with the tracking label for the toy box on it to make it look like the actual item shipping!! Scammers! I have no idea how they continue to get away with it through Walmart of all places! I also seen in the reviews that they have done the same thing to another customer with the same item! Return address for the envelope was from some Miguel Perez out of Florida. Scam! Scam! Scam!

My wife and I ordered a toy organizer for our son, we received a tiny envelope instead with a note inside of it that read “Thank you for your Order”. So we are missing the item we paid for and still are waiting for it... would give this ZERO STARS if i could. Do not order from them, you’re just asking for a headache

Purchased Bevel Trimmers from Walmart sold by this company. Never received package and tracking # shows it delievered and left at some front desk. Meanwhile i provided a home address and not a business address. Company seem to give run around when contacted directly. Please be careful ordering from them and Walmart. This also another reason I NEVER order from walmart! Always a scam in my opinion.

I found this third party provide to be very unreasonable. I wanted to return a shower curtain (never opened/never used) and was told it was no longer returnable because the return has just passed the “30 day policy.” They didn’t care that the other curtain option I had ordered from Walmart took longer than expected to ship (during a pandemic, go figure), and so I was waiting to see which I preferred. I also had to travel to Walmart 2 times to start the return . I was told to try again on another day after my first try because their computer system was working properly. It wasn’t until my second visit to a Walmart that I was given the marketplace “contact the seller” information. ZERO stars

I placed an order for a cover for my smoker. A week later I received an email stating that I canceled the order, which I did not. I went back to re-order the cover and the price was $20 more! This is fraud and Walmart should not be associated with this company.

Purchased what appeared to be a 12 count of oatmeal, and only received 1! The price was $30 for 1 oatmeal, and they can be purchased in normal grocery stores for $2.99 each. It was advertised as savings and even displayed a cost of $2.50 per unit, but very misleading. Had I seen the all the negative reviews, I would have steered clear!!

This Company (Digi Commerce) is a Bate and switch. They put an item up for sale at a reasonable price, waited 11 days and than said I Cancel the order, which I did not. After I placed the order ( 2 left in stock) , about a day later I want back because I thought I might get another one and the price went up. Now when I look , there is a different seller. Buyer Beware !!!

Probably one of the worst sellers I’ve ever had to work with at Walmart. They claimed in order was delivered but couldn’t provide me any evidence. I provided them plenty that it was not delivered. They went back-and-forth and wasted my time and money. Barely spoke English. I have no idea how they were rated a top seller on Walmart, seems like a scam to me.

I placed an order from Walmart. It was shipped via Amazon from a 3rd party seller, unbeknownst to me. It was the wrong item. They say I have to go thru Walmart to return it. Walmart wont let me do that via their website and, the company Digicom says "As a third party seller we have our return policy stated directly on the products page. Unfortunately cant take it back after that point." There have been at least 15 emails going on between us. Just don't buy anything from Walmart online that isn't a Walmart product. I'm out $28 and have to get another product. Just sayin...

So I was looking for a reasonable priced pop up tent canopy on Walmart site for a few days and all of a sudden, this seller, DigiCommerce is offering one for $18.99. I Only 3 left! I went back and forth, reading everything, it might be just a bag?But no, it was the whole deal. So I ordered 2 out of the 3 quick, paid $20 for each and got e-mail from Walmart, I will receive them in March 15. Now I am trying to track this order and nothing. I can't even find this seller's site on Walmart anymore. I am afraid, I was scammed. I wish I read the reviews about this seller, but foolish of me, I trusted Walmart that they will deal with honorable sellers only.

So I just got an e-mail from Walmart, that Digi Commerce cancelled two items, what I ordered almost three weeks ago. This seller is a disgrace and Walmart should be ashamed of allowing them to sell items through them. I don't know if Digi Commerce is also scamming people through Amazon, too, as they operate on that site too. But what they do, they put up items, in my case pop up tent canopy with extremely low price, you think you hit the jackpot, you deal with the long delivery and before it's time to ship, they cancel items. I truly wish, I could give zero star because I would. And I order lots of stuff online, both through Amazon and Walmart, but I will stay away from this seller and I will remember their name. Digi commerce, you are a disgrace.

This seller continues to show their incompetence and ignorance when they cannot admit their mistakes and refuse to acknowledge their failure to complete an order successfully or verify any details of said order. Emails are obviously written by someone without even a rudimentary level of English. They deserve a MINUS 5 rating or worse!!!!!!

They waited 7 days to ship my item and when they did, they shipped to a wrong address. I called UPS and they said the name and address was completely different than mine. They are scammers, I'm contacting the BBB and reporting them as a fraud.

I got a package delivered addressed to me but it was a shovel! They informed me that they delivered my package a baby play mat. Wrong! Now trying to straighten out this huge mess! This company falsifies tracking numbers on customer orders and then claims the item was delivered. Contacted the delivery company for proof and then called Walmart to complain. Impossible to return anything to this seller even though they claim you can. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They don't even qualify for 1 star. I ordered 2 Crokinole games (27") board games. I received an email that my package was delivered and left in the mailbox, but I didn't get anything. First off 2- 27" games would not fit in my mailbox and the address. I called the post office and they confirmed the tracking number was for a different address and the package was left in mailbox, it was 13oz. The Post Office provided proof of delivery that showed the wrong address, I sent that to the company, and they refuse to work with me. They said "We checked this again for you and We do reassure you, your package was delivered to your address. It’s very unfortunate if something happened afterwards but it was out of our hands. We will try and provide a phone of the delivery if available, to clear this up." Very unprofessional if you ask me.

This company is "borrowing" legitimate UPS tracking numbers that just happen be going to your town so they can claim that the item was delivered. I called UPS shortly after my package was supposedly delivered (I was home too) and they were only allowed to tell me the package with that tracking number was not for me/my address but for someone else in my town. I contacted Digi Commerce who said that if it went missing after it was delivered, it's not their fault. I told them it was not delivered to me because it was NOT my package/tracking number to begin with. I placed a written complaint with Walmart telling them they need to investigate this company. From the looks of these reviews, they are violating multiple Walmart seller policies. Needless to say I will not be buying anything ever again from any of Walmart's 3rd party sellers and maybe not even from Walmart.com.

To Whom it May Concern, Through Walmart I placed an order with Digi Commerce for three 2lb bags of coffee. These items did not arrive. The post office records indicate the package with the tracking number Digi Commerce has provided was delivered. But per USPS records this package was sent to a different town and only weighed 12oz. I have sent this information to Digi Commerce, but they just refuse to accept what the United States Post Office records clearly indicate. They have refused to send another shipment, and they will not refund my money. The implied innuendos regarding my inability to effectively look around my doorstep, or that I live in a neighborhood in which packages are routinely stolen are simply rude. Is this the type of interaction with the public Digi Commerce approves of? Product not received by customer, money not returned to customer, and discourteous public relations with customer. Scammers.... Ordered a 6 pack case of Dare Gluten Free crackers for $18.24. After scheduled delivery time had passed I got 1 box of crackers, not the case of six, and a note saying Gift. I thought they were out of stock and that the gift was sent because they meet delivery schedule. Waited weeks no delivery so I contacted Walmart and Walmart responded Digi would contact me within 2 days but they didn't so after 4 days I contacted Walmart again, still asking for refund. Within 2 days Walmart wrote and said refund had been made. Walmart needs to stop Digi from being a supplier with Digi's poor record and low level of customer satisfaction. Too bad you can't give zero star rating.

I ordered a DVD off of walmart.com Never receive any kind of notification when it's being delivered then I get a package at my door from Amazon and it's the DVD charge me $14 from Walmart but they paid only $8 from Amazon It's been reported to Walmart and Amazon so they can ban the them for life

I ordered a movie called the collector and it was a blue ray dvd and it was supposed to arrive May 5th but it came yesterday and my package wasn’t sealed up and the plastic was off the movie and the whole movie case was broken up real bad and I emailed them and sent them 5 pics showing them how the case was damage real bad and I asked for a refund when I contacted them and they issued me out a replacement and I never asked for no replacement I asked for my refund back for the item because it was several damage how y’all go send me a replacement when I requested a refund for the movie so I re contacted them and Walmart and letting them know I asked for my money back not a damn replacement movie period so now I gotta wait until this new one come tomorrow to return it and get my money back they should’ve sent me my money back once I made a complaint about my package being damage and broken up I’ll never order no more movies thru them just sad how they broke my movie case they need to give me my money back I shouldn’t have to wait to send the replacement back and they knew my movie case was broken but they still wanted to send it out

They sold me something cheap and decided not to deliver it. (UPS did mark it as delivered though!) When I called to request the item I had purchased, forget it, they have no one to answer the call, just a voice mail they never reply to. I then emailed them, but no reply either. I went to look at my credit card, and saw that after my complaint they issued me a credit. I think it is just a scheme to keep your money in case you don't complain.

Digi scammed me. Ordered baby play mat. Said only “2 left” was $20 when supposed to be $75. Was supposed to arrive this week. Walmart sent message cancelled order for (P.O. Box, military address or outside of us) and I am none of those. Digi not to be found on reorder and when called help from Walmart it’s all foreign people saying Walmart.com has a new clause “can’t price adjust from vendor.” Walmart has not cut ties with digi. Walmart is part of the scam and using foreign people as their front. And new clause in their policy to hide it. It’s dishonest and scamming people. I spent entire day arguing with foreign people to get my item and at a price adjustment since I would have had it by now if I bought it in store that day instead of online seeing that better price. Buyers beware of Digi commerce AND Walmart company. This is going to be a huge law suit and should be against Walmart.

Ordered a Blu-ray set from them on WM.com. Got a UPS delivery confirmation at 7pm but there wasn’t a package anywhere. Contacted the seller and they said the item was ‘lost’ in transit. There’s zero evidence of it being lost, on the contrary it shows it arrived. They also gave me a refund before I reported the missing package. Seems fishy. Like maybe they didn’t mean to price the film set so cheap and contacted the carriers to abort delivery and return to sender when they noticed. Clueless.

I had to request cancellation for an order 3 times; the email responses claimed that it couldn’t be done. I ordered and cancelled on 4/19/21 - and ETA was 5/04/21 - really? It couldn’t be cancelled within hours, or two plus weeks in advance of the anticipated delivery date?! I discovered that the item was available locally from another store, and only then did I realize the cost of the item from this vendor was severely overpriced. Unprofessional customer service via email.

Same story here - package never delivered but got email stating it was delivered. Called WM to complain and they cancelled the order and refunded, stating order got lost during shipping. Then an email notice about the refund stating "customer changed mind" as the reason for refund. Digi Commerce is a scam. They messed with the wrong customer. I have reported this to FedEx and WM. I will report them to their local LE agencies where they do business. I don't like being scammed or be used as part of their scam.

Worse experience ever! Ordered a case of 12 tomato boxed soup through Walmart. They sent me one box all smashed up in an amazon envelope. Would NEVER,NEVER order from this company again. Same thing happened. I ordered something from digi commerce. Took a long time to ship. Then I got an email saying my order was refunded because “customer changed mind.” Package hasn’t been delivered yet, but I have a feeling it never will be.

Digi Commerce is fraudulent and lists "phantom" products that are NOT truly available (Google the term "brushing scam"). If you don't believe me, then check every single product they offer on walmart.com. It's always "Only 3 Left". This is to create a sense of urgency so you'll think "Gee, I better act fast". Look at all the other reviews on here, where your order (that never existed in the first place) mysteriously gets cancelled. The Seller Reviews on walmart.com are also FAKE. Just about every one is 5 star with phony sounding verbiage. ******Folks, please do not only complain on here. Also do the follwing: 1) On walmart.com ,Under whatever "phantom" product you purchased, there is a "Report incorrect product information" link. Click it and select "Fulfillment Options" then "Other". Then let Walmart know that you were scammed. 2) There's always a "Feedback" tab sticking out on the right side of the screen on walmart.com. Click that and again let them know how you were scammed. If we don't let Walmart know then they cannot take action. This is the only way of taking Digi Commerce to the gutter where they belong!!!!

Like others already said Digi Commerce are outright scammers. They started with shipping something to a different address. As soon as UPS updated the tracking info to "out for delivery", they created a new label presumably changed the address to my physical/email address (I never received email shipping notification). Since the package is already on the truck it was still delivered to the original address but an email notification was sent to me notifying me that package has been delivered. For my case I simply called Walmart and requested for refund. I assume other could be taken advantage thinking Digi Commerce fulfilled the order only their package got lost or stolen. We should all make Walmart aware these scammers.

Well, I sure wish I had seen these reviews before placing my recent order. Because I'm already seeing the same signs that everyone else has mentioned. I noticed that my expected delivery date was so far off (which should've been the first red flag). Well, joke's on you Digi Commerce, because a close relative is an international commerce fraud lawyer and if you pull the same shenanigans (pretending to have fulfilled my order when in actuality you've really shipped an empty box) you're going to learn really quickly how your fraudulent smokescreen of an organization will be dismantled. I patiently await my phony "shipment notification" and subsequent "order cancellation". And I'll follow up legally from there.

Wish I had seen reviews on Digi Commerce before I ordered a baby dome for my newest grandbaby. Like many others, the price of one dropped before my eyes as I browsed baby items in Walmart's online site. I bought it and was looked forward to giving it as a shower gift. However, the item stayed in processing over a week. Then, I get notified by Walmart it was delivered. I was home and it wasn't delivered. I emailed back that I looked everywhere and it wasn't here. I called Walmart customer service and they told me a refund had already been issued. Of course, the item only stayed at sale price for 5 minutes so a refund wasn't going to replace the item. I contacted UPS and they sent a form which had my name followed by a strange man's name and address on "shipped to". It was delivered 20 miles away but in same city. So, it was marked delivered to Dallas, where I am, but to another person and address. I told Walmart CS where it went with screen shots of shipping label. They said it was up to digi commerce on whether they would replace at same price -but, refund had been issued so they were out. That didn't make me feel better because I found these reviews by then. I was very sad -then livid. Since, so many had similar experiences, I felt they were outright scammers. My THEORY is: they mark an item very low, get orders, insure "packaged product"-but, ship out only empty box to a random person in same town -so it's marked "delivered". Then, they refund sale amount to buyer and collect bigger insurance pmt from delivery service for "lost package". If so, hope they get charged with insurance fraud soon. UPS form I started said package weighed 0.33 lbs. But, the specs on baby seat said it weight 4.5lbs. So...yea. I just can't think of another reason for being so sadistic to buyers. This has happened repeatedly to people by this company. Curious to hear other theories on why they keep doing biz like this. Worst online shopping experience I've had since 2015. Awful

Questionable business practices... I ordered two carts via Walmart. The delivery time was extended, I accepted that. However I never received the carts. I received a notice the carts would be delivered today, and then 20 minutes later received an email that my account had been credited for the cost of one of the carts with the reason that the "customer changed mind". That is not true. I then received a notice that both items were delivered. I never received either. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Buyer beware!

Same date as everyone else. Ordered the item and it "shipped" the tracking said it was out for delivery but then I was suddenly refunded. Turns out they sent it to a different person at the wrong address and then refunded it before it was ever out of delivery.

Don't waist your time. I placed an order for my daughters birthday april 3rd. Said it was on its way. Then the day before i was supposed to recive my package i got an email saying i was refunded because customer changed mind. Which i did not. The day after said it was delivered and after spending 3hrs talking to neighbors, going to the leasing office, and walking all around my complex looking for it i got ahold of walmart customer service and they said it was probably out of stock. So it was never on its way and waisted 3 weeks of my time when i could have bought something else for my daughters birthday. (In 2 days) very disappointed.
