Poor service. Receives an order via Walmart, creates/transmits a label via FedEx then doesn't ship the item, hence missing the posted delivery date. And does not return phone messages.

Dellture Hardware states they Received order from Walmart. Created a label with FedEx, then sits at warehouse without shipping. Called where the package was coming from. By the way, all orders are coming from Terry Wen from Geniqua Corp not from Dellture Hardware. The person was upset that I was given their direct phone number. Might be a scam but Walmart is looking into the company. Do not order unless you want to deal with issues.

As others have said, they took my order, gave a tracking number but never delivered the item to FedEx. They are total scammers!! How can WalMart have sellers like this on their network! This was an expensive gift and now I am left scrambling at the last minute do to fraud!!!!

Ordered heat press. Didn’t ship when they said it would. Product not even the same as advertised. Parts don’t match up. Will not be ordering from them again. Only giving one star to leave a comment. They deserve a 0

Received order 7 days ahead of schedule, but could not assemble due to missing parts. Contacted Walmart.com directly and was given the order number and phone number listed. The number listed 714-294-3338 is not working number nor was the number listed on the return label a working number. Rather than deal with the back and forth about parts and waiting for an email, I returned the item for a full refund. Delivery was excellent packaging not so much. Beware of a company that can't provide a good working number...
