I purchased a laptop Aug 2020, 2 months later the laptop is not working properly. Walmart told me they asked Delight Tech Electronics to be in touch with me regarding the issue. No contact was made with me. Their contact # on the link at the top of this page is not a working number. The return policy says if there are issues with a product after 30 days to contact the manufacturer. I did this and was informed the warranty expired July 2020. (a month before I purchased it) Walmart is handling this for us. I highly recommend not purchasing from Delight Tech Electronics. IF I could give zero stars I would.

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I ordered a laptop on October15. The latest arrival date was supposed to have been received by October 27. No product! No communication! I messaged twice before contacting CapitalOne to contest the charge. A refund was issued but not in the entire amount! I guess they thought the care plan I purchased didn't need to be refunded, on the product I didn't receive. I wasted my time for CapitalOne and Walmart to get my full refund. I would think that Walmart would have higher standards than to allow sellers like this to sell under their name! There are so many good sellers out there through Walmart , that no one should waste the weeks I did on this one! When you have these problems with these people, don't say you haven't been warned.

I ordered laptop arrived two weeks later then supposed to. Then was to be a Ryzen 7 512GB SSD they sent a Ryzen 5 256GB! Furious

Recommend that you be very cautious about buying a computer from Delight Tech Electronics; I will never do it again. The laptop that I received had data and access rights on it from a previous owner. I thought I was buying a new computer; guess I was naive. At least Delight Tech Electronics could have purged the other person’s data. Thus, the computer was not trustworthy. I returned the computer but never heard from them. When I tried to get a refund, they would not answer emails, and their advertised phone number was out of service (still is). Thankfully, Walmart rolled in to get the refund. BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased a brand new laptop computer from Delight Tech Electronics via Walmart.com. When it was delivered, I immediately realized that the accessories were used ones and I even did not take the computer out of the vinyl bag. I immediately contacted the seller and was asked to ship it back for a refund. They did not refund fully, because they claimed that there was a dent at the bottom of the computer. How could that be? I even did not open the vinyl bag to take out the computer in the first place! There must have been a dent there from the beginning. They do such a deceitful business practice and their phone # is not in use, either. Be aware of their unfair business practice! Buy through Amazon! Their customer services are superior.

I paid for a I5 laptop and they sent an I3. The specs were not as advertised. They sent me an out dated laptop. I contacted Walmart 2 times and the seller is not contacting me. Stay away from this company. Now I have to sue them for my money back. Plus Walmart said they will drop them and sue them because they have to refund people if the seller does not make good on it. Minus 10 stars is my rating.

Terrible company. I ordered a new HP laptop for my wife and when the promised date came without any update on my order I send two messages to them through the Walmart order tracking website and neither message was returned. Tried calling the phone number listed for Delight Tech and that number is no longer in service. I had to contact Walmart directly to cancel the order because I do not trust doing business with Delight Tech. I wish I could rate them zero stars.

Do not, I repeat, do not buy from this company! It is NOT trustworthy! I was in desperate need of a certain computer and, in my desperation, purchased from this company that I had never heard of and failed to research. The item arrived pretty quickly and is a pretty good product but the design itself has a flaw. Delight Electronics said I could return it but after questioning via email admitted, “Maybe you will not get a FULL return of your purchase price.” even though they say they offer a 100% refund on their site. I felt like I had to keep the item rather than risk whatever refund that they chose to give. I will now try contacting Walmart.com to see if they will step in for a resolution. Stay far away from this company!

Poor quality control. I received a damaged system. Poor customer service. I reached out multiple times for support on the damaged product and received trivial attention prior to having to contact Walmart.com for support. Even after that no one from Delight Tech reached out to understand the issue I was just sent an e-mail with RMA instructions. Questionable ethics. 3 weeks after my original purchase I finally get an e-mail adjusting my purchase price (refund I guess) and the reason cited by the company was "customer changed mind". I still need and now will have to quickly purchase a laptop somewhere else. The only thing I changed my mind about was doing business with this market partner. Real reason for the order adjustment is stated here! Maybe the issue was an anomaly or due to the current health crisis but I would caution prospective customers to pay attention to the ratings..

I wish Id taken the time to check the reviews for this seller before purchasing a laptop from walmrt.com. When I received the product, it didn't turn on so I charged it 8 hours. The thing still wouldn't turn on so I took the recomended steps to return and request a refund. After weeks of requesting my refund, I starting to think this is a scam. Great idea...take the customer's money...send them a crappy product knowing it would be returned...but keep the customer's money. I'ts pointless to contact walmart customer service because all they do is email delight to contact the customer.
