Ordered Joy x wooden pounding bench for a christmas gift on Dec 1. Got a tracking number and waited until Dec 21, when the package arived. The package was a packing slip only. No product. The package was envelope size. I will not order anything from them again.

They sent my order to the WRONG CITY!!!

May 27, 2021 To whom it may concern; This company seems to be an Untrustworthy company. Walmart Corporate Office needs to INVESTIGATE this vendor immediately. I recently had the same problem with shipping being intentionally rerouted by either the vendor or the USPS distribution center not more than 2 weeks ago. Awaiting my package but thank God I insured the package so I might need to reorder with someone else respectfully. Be careful with ordering products from this apparently unverified vendor.

My order was sent to wrong address. I contacted Walmart(since this is who I ordered thru) customer service said that DecorX would email me. Maybe Walmart needs to get a different supplier!

Never received item. Seller sent me a letter via UPS using the tracking# from my order. The letter simply stated that my package was still on its way and I should receive it within 2-3 days. 7 days later, still no package so I contact seller through Walmart. Seller responded by claiming item was delivered and possibly delivered to wrong address. I responded that the "package" I received with that tracking number was just a letter asking me to be patient, that my item is still coming. Seller never responded after that. I ended up contacting Walmart customer service directly. Fortunately they refunded my money. I feel the seller DecorX used tracking# to deliver a false package so order would show as completed.

I ordered a firepit, sounds like the same thing. I ordered it, they said it was out of stock and would take longer, they then sent me a tracking number that showed delivered and it went to some other part of the state. I contacted them for a refund and no response.

Ordered a pool for grandchildren.. it went directly to Philadelphia PA, not my city. Contacted Walmart, seller then said it would be here June 15th. Bullshit. Shitty seller, going to have to try Walmart again today. This company is a big scam.

Never received it for my daughter it was her birthday present.no review for me your a shitty seller and I'm turning it over to the BBB.

I had ordered a pop up cooler. Since covid happen I didnt gt to use it til 40 days from the time I received item. Item is broke & they won't refund my money. I feel this is wrong since I didn't have control of when my party could be since it was canceled at 1st cause of covid. I would not recommend this company at all.

Update on my complaint from 6/4. Vendor reached out to me to explain that my package was assigned an incorrect tracking # and that I should rest assured that my product was mailed to correct address, however when I asked for the CORRECT tracking number to trace, the vendor went ghost! Still no product!!!!

Ordered a pool for my Grandson for his birthday purposely 2 weeks early so he get it on time. The tracking number shown went to different county I never heard of before. Contacted Walmart.com promise and guaranteed it would be delivered by June 5th . Today is June 5th no pool . Very poor poor services

I have the same issue! It says delivered but to Gardner MA??? I don’t live anywhere near there so I’m not sure why it’s there, and it’s certainly not with me in Chicopee!

Said my item was shipped and we did not receive it. Called Walmart and they could not contact seller. I paid extra for quick shipping. Even on tracking package it went to the wrong town. No response . I would give no stars!!!
