I placed an order for Christmas and they updated it as delivered but I never received it and Walmart does nothing about it.

Pulled a bait and switch. Purchased the Elf on the shelf Advent Calendar. It had obviously been taken apart and filled back up again with crappy little cardboard printouts rather than the Elf on the Shelf accesories it was supposed to come with. LIVID. Went through the first week thinking maybe it just starts off with rinky dink things the gets to the cute EotS toys. NOPE. opened up the subsequent trains to check and it was all the same garbage. At that point everywhere was sold out of the EotS Advent train. I had been so excited to get one this year for my daughter who loves her EotS and this whole ordeal ruined that christmas expirience for her.

I purchased 7 Family holiday pajamas and I received totally different ones. The quality is very cheap and fits horrible. Stay away! Don’t spend your money

Purchased an item. The item I received was a fake item made to look like the legit one. I know it wasn’t someone who had returned it because it was brand new in the box and the item was sealed when we opened the box. I went on the reviews to find that I was just 1 of many who got duped. Thumbs down .

Nothing positive! My order was received partially (ordered 7, received 5) but was the was the wrong pattern! Never received the other 2 but customer service said I did! Have contacted them 4 times, they offered to refund me 30% of my total purchase!! This has been going on since September 20, 2021! Next step is legal action!!
