Don't trust this seller they are drop shippers they bought item in different suppliers and mostly from amazon got scam one time!

Do not use this company if you expect even decent customer service. I made a purchase with Dealsrus through Walmart in January. I have not received item or credit. It actually still shows sitting in New Jersey if I track it. I have sent over 35 emails their response ....we have shipped another and will send tracking number. I never get that tracking number. The sad part is this credit would only be roughly $16.

I am extremely upset to find so many others having the same issue as me concerning this product & supposed company! I ordered razor blade refills in April, paid with my credit card, received the shipping confirmation, but have never received anything! Contacted them 6 times no response, contacted walmart.com to file a complaint, no resolution! Will never purchase anything else from them at all!

Same story as the other ones. I placed an order for Gillette razor blades on April 17th 2020, and it was flagged as delayed. I sent emails inquiring about my order they replied saying they were shipping it but they lied and it never arrived. For what I see it is a scam and I don't know why Walmart is allowing them to keep selling on their site. It is now June and I never got the product or my money.

I ordered a product via Walmart.com from a third-party seller named Deals R Us. I ordered razor blades on May 14, 2020, and to -date, no product has arrived at my home. I have tried calling Deals R Us but the number is invalid. I have called Walmart numerous times but cannot get through to a live person. Of course my credit card was charged for the purchase in May, for a product I never received. I will contact the Better Business Bureau from here, and may pursue legal action if this matter is not resolved shortly.

Do not waste your money here. Does not deliver, does not answer e mails and takes your money and does not ship items. Shame on Walmart using this rip off company

DEALS R US is a complete rip off. I placed an order through Walmart.com on May 22, 2020, for an 8 pack of Gillette Proshield refills. According to USPS a shipping label was prepared but nothing was shipped. Walmart’s website said it was shipped, but delayed. The order was never shipped from DEALS R US. Walmart will be refunding me my money. I will never buy a single thing from DEALS R US, and neither should you!!!

I ordered Gillette blades the first part of April and said was shipped but delayed. I have emailed them at least 4 times and still nothing. I asked for a refund on the last message this week but no response. Don't ever buy from them.

Worst company ever!!!!!! I placed an order for Gillette razor blades on May 13th, they were to be delivered on May 21st never received. I sent three emails inquiring about my order they never replied. I called June 2nd gave them the order number and they just left the phone.

I was directed by Walmart customer service to reach out to this third party vendor directly. It was regarding my Gillette razors purchase on 4/28 which has been sitting in a 'delayed' status for weeks. So I called Deals R Us directly and they answered with an unprofessional 'hello' when they answered the phone. Not sure if I misdialed so I asked what company I was calling. I don't know if they were confused by me asking that question or trying to avoid the answer. It was odd. They persisted I give them my order number and what I ordered. After asking them once again to confirm their company, the phone line was disconnected. I called back twice more and a gentleman assisted. I finally got him to confirm the company name (Deals R Us) and I gave him my Walmart order details. He then researched the order and confirmed the delay. He asked to send out a replacement. I agreed. Reading all of these recent negative reviews doesn't provide my confidence in receiving these razors ordered on 4/28, promised on 5/8 and today is 5/22 and I had to reach out to them.

Item never shipped, despite receiving an e-mail indicating that it had. Tried to reach out to the seller for both a status update, and when I heard nothing back, for a refund. I heard nothing from the seller on that request, too. I contacted Walmart.com, and after a few hours and a bit of a hassle to do it, I got my refund through Walmart and not through the seller. I am fine with Walmart, but with this seller, I'm done.

I have been waiting for a month to receive 1 pack of razor blades. Soon after the order they indicated it was shipped but delayed. These people are crooks with the worst reviews and should not be affiliated with Walmart. They don't answer correspondence. Don't ever buy anything from them as they will take your money, keep it and get NOTHING in return other than agita. If I can rate this less than 1 star or Zero stars I would.

Horrible customer service, even worse shipping, and nothing but a bunch of thieves. Ordered my product February 27th and still nothing. They sent me an email in March and said my package has shipped and still nothing.

Haven’t received my order and have not received the refund I’ve requested. 1 Star rating because there isn’t a 0 Star rating to choose from

HORRIBLE place! Ordered Gillette refills on April 2nd and STILL nothing!! Been charged for damn sure

Item was never shipped as of 1 week after expected delivery date. Got a refund and will be avoiding Walmart 3rd party sellers from now on. Very unprofessional.
