7/13: ordered a TV wall mount from Walmart. 7/14: received an email from an unknown saying only "you were shipped the wrong item and to keep it." 7/18: received a USB combo cable. Couldn't figure out why I got it. No more tracking information on my TV wall mount. 7/24: TV wall mount arrived. Now I understand the strange email, strange package, and the strange disappearance of my tracking number.

Bought a printer from DealClock through Walmart. IT IS TERRIBLE! Will not function correctly. They will not take a return. Walmart should be ASHAMED for doing business with this scam artist. This piece of crap company is taking a dump on Walmart's business brand - all those billions spent and DealClock is sticking it to you STUPID!

Bought an item and a few days later they suddenly cancelled the order. Extremely unreliable seller.

Gave me the wrong fucking tracking number called 4 times no reps ones still waiting on the package . They all fucking suck . I bought through Walmart so hopfully I can get a refund through them

This is a horrible company that will not accept returns when the date is within the 30 return period. I purchased an item through walmart and tried to return it within the deadline and they denied it. DO NOT BUY this product from them find someone else online!!!!

I had a keurig k kafe for 60 days. The 16 oz button stopped working. This was there response. Again I used it for 60 days. Dear Art, Thank you for your response. WARNING!!!!! Don't buy from this crooked site. Someone ordered a video card from this store using my credit card info. The only way they could have gotten that info is off of a Wallmart distrubutor site like this one. Although the idiot who defrauded me wasn't smart enough to change the SHIP TO address which resulted in the merchandise being shipped to me, THIS SITE WOULDN'T REFUND ME MY MONEY. I now have an expensive video card which costs nearly $500.00 which I have no use for and these Cretins won't refund me my money even though I told them that it was fraud. From the previous responses, I can see that they have been screwing their customers for some time now. If I could give them -5, that's right, minus 5, I would. As for Wallmart. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU ALL AGAIN.

Terrible company as others have stated. I ordered a pair of headphones which never arrived. When I emailed walmart.com I was redirected to this company's customer support. I was told that they would do nothing about the missing package that clearly states the item was never delivered on walmart.com's tracking page. The email suggested I must have received the package and lost it. BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY--READ the reviews first! I ordered a dual clock/temperature though Marketplace at Walmart.com. The item was not what I thought it was going to be, in terms of quality and usage. I promptly returned the item to my local Walmart store. I was not given an immediate refund from Walmart. A few days later I received an email stating that a refund was issued to me via my credit card. When I checked my credit card account, there was no refund. I noticed, however, that I was charged an outrageous restocking fee upon returning the item. I will never use the Marketplace feature again! What a disappointment! BOO!

Sorry I couldn’t give a 0 star review! Ordered through Walmart.com. Faulty machine from the word get go! Had to pay my own return shipping. 9 days and no response from dealclock. Walmart refunding full amount but could take 30-60 days. What! I trusted a Walmart subsidiary and got burned! Buyer beware! Dealclock said had to send back to Brother first. Could not issue a refund for 5-10 days and if found no issues mechanically they could charge a 50 percent restocking fee. DO NOT USE!

This company is horrible. I received an item I did not buy so I assumed my account was hacked. I called and tried to stop the shipping but apparently it had already shipped. My wife opened the box, looked at the item to confirm it was in there and promptly sealed it. She called them for a pre-paid return sticker. We sent the item back. 4 days later I get an email that the item is not the same serial number as the one ordered and if I didnt return it, I would not receive a refund. Plus, I would have to pre-pay the postage to get back the item I shipped them. This is pure BS. I called my credit card company to insure I dont get charged. This is highly suspicious. A guy named Jacob was helpful, but this company seems like a scam. Based on the other reviews, I wouldnt trust them.

Came just as described, earlier than delivery date promised.

Purchased a new item, I received a used item in a torn package. Spoke to representative of dealclock that told me It’s not there fault and I will receive a return shipping label in 2 business days.

I will never order anything from this company again. Buyers beware. If you want your order to arrive? Don't order from this company. Walmart.com was amazing at resolving the issue. Just be careful if ordering from Walmart, make sure it's not through a third party seller called DealClock!

I had got a bike that was super small and super slow

I purchased a Sony video camera from Walmart.com. on CyberMonday for the selling price of $728. My reciept shows sold and shipped by DealClock. My order was good, the money taken out of my account. Sunday night, suddenly my order is canceled!?!?! What is going on? My purchase should be honored! I would NEVER purchase from this company again.

Ordered a PS4 Remote for Christmas for my son, Got a flashlight. When if first placed my order only after 2 days they canceled issued me a refund, and said my order out of stock. Then a week later they charged my card for more then the first time. I get my order in the mail and its wrong. This place is not good. Will not call you back or reply to emails.

I bought a crazy cart for my son 1.5 months ago and every day we had a problem with it, He couldn't enjoy his new item, and now the battery is dead.

DON'T BY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! Walmart should be ashamed to do business with these people. They most definitely do not have the values and standards one would expect from a Walmart vendor. Their return policy and customy service is TERRIBLE. They DO NOT stand by their products like Walmart does. Very disappointing. I will never purchase an item using the Walmart app or Walmart.com again. Amazon will get my business.

Sold me a buggy computer and didn't offer a refund.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Purchased a display form them. spent two weeks online with the manufacturer's customer service trying to get the unit to work. They wouldn't return the unit. Now were stuck with a $550 tv that doesn't work. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS, I WOULD.

I purchased a HP Thin client and when i went to set it up kept getting a block asking for an Administrator Password. No instructions were included in my shipment so took the computer to 2 different IT professionals for assistance. Neither of them could get past this password prompt and advised me this machine was used when in fact it was sold to me as new. Now they won't take the unit back or refund me and told me to contact HP! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased a laptop and it was canceled for over selling

Just go through Amazon or go to the store. Do not buy from this company on walmart.com, it will either be wrong or broken or used. Company is terrible to deal with.
