Ditto all previous negative remarks. Scammers. Crooks. No response. WalMart should definitely stop using this company. Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Shame on me for being so trusting.

This wholesaler buys from BJ's Wholesale Club and has the product shipped to you from BJ's. You are definitely not being charged BJ's prices. For example, a 14-oz bottle of McCormick Chili seasoning costs $8.37 at BJ's and this person charges $18.35 for the same bottle he/she is ordering from BJ's to be shipped to you, and then adds a $7 shipping fee. Go join BJ's or Sam's Club.

Wow!!! Sealed empty bag with a note with a lame excuse!

Received an empty shipping bag, no items inside; and it didn't appear that the items had fallen out during shipping. The bag was sealed flat and very neatly, as if items were never placed inside the shipping bag.

Ordered six big cans of Lipton tea mix and only got one in the box and was charged $24.95 . That is so wrong Walmart will here about this ?

Shipping charges are out of sight, charges are as much as the items your buying if you're spending $ 65.00 on merchandise your shipping cost will be almost the same, bad business practice.

They snuck a shipping fee when Walmart said free shipping. Walmart and you should be ashamed. I hope you go bankrupt you greedy joke of a company.

Wanted to buy some tee shirts from wal-mart. They were $5.00 apiece, but they charge $5.79 PER ITEM for shipping regardless of quantity!

Ordered several fruit of the loom tanks. Merchandise totaled $53, shipping over $76. Total was over $131. So glad I caught before confirming order.

can believe you buy from Walmart, this company is their supplier and Walmart want to charge you a shipping fee on their behalf When at checkout at Walmart is telling you qualify for free shipping but since some items are not from Walmart and are from this supplier there's a fee ... Don't understand if you are a supplier to walmart why would you want to charge the customers a shipping fee. That should be between walmart and your company.

I wanted a three pack of Ragu spaghetti sauce from my local Sam's club. I placed a pick up order on Saturday and could not pick it up until Thursday. The sauce was sold out even online. I looked on Walmart. I saw Ragu three bottles of sauce just like at my local Sam's club, but they were sold out at Walmart too. This third party seller had one three bottle item for twenty dollars and change.. it had already been sold. This item sells for seven dollars at my Sam's club. During this National actually International emergency.. good to know there may be a shortage on supplies, but not a shortage of people in my opinion who are driven by greed and will stop at nothing to take advantage of those who are experiencing hard times. I do believe that what comes around goes around.. so Bless us and our deeds!!

On December 30 I ordered something very simple (a couple of bottles of conditioner) that never came. I waited until this week, then sent them a note saying "Either send my order or cancel it." They did cancel it, but this seems to be part of a long-standing patttern. It's not clear to me why Walmart keeps using them.

My order has taken so long I will cancel it. I ordered it in September , received delay notice, now delayed until November 4th. I will never deal with this company again

Ordered tank tops according to their sizing chart. Came in too tight and too short. Trying to return for a refund and they respond with they'll give me 50% back and I can keep the shirts. Seriously, for something I can't wear? I want to return the product and get a full refund. This is terrible customer service and if this is how Dazzle Mart does business, Walmart should consider dropping them as a third party vendor

Order a coffee maker off Walmart through these guys and it was suppose to be here dec 9. Only thing it shows is it’s delayed. It’s now the 16th and i ordered it nov 23. I have called several times n left several email and zero response. I’m screwed out of my money n item. Worst business I’ve never messed with. Please watch out for this business

After several days they cancelled the order without my consent without any communication from or to me. A complete waste of my time.

Buyer Beware! I saw a Dazzle ad on Walmart for a hard to find product and purchased it from Dazzle for a very high price. They never had it in stock. Instead they shopped it afterwards and found a substitute in BJ's of a different product that is common and inexpensive and shipped that to me. I contacted them for a return label and they asked for photos. I sent a photo of their Ad and a photo of the product that I received. Said they would send a label and never heard from then again even after many follow ups. The thing is that they get and order, go to BJ's (who shipped directly to me) buy a cheap substitute and ship via a fourth party. I ordered from Walmart who sold through Dazzle who purchased through BJ's who received my order through a company called B/S Wholesale E Comm in New Jersey. No wonder prices are so high! Everyone has to make a profit. Walmart finally stepped in and did the right thing but only after days of run around from their customer service department in Asia. WALMART, you need to get rid of these crooks!

Placed an order with (I thought) Walmart and asked a question RIGHT AWAY about the product I was ordering. (3 - 38.2 fl. oz. Pantene Pro-V Shampoo). I asked Walmart "Is this 2 in 1 Shampoo? If not, can this order still be cancelled?" I got a response stating: "We've contacted Dazzle Mart on your behalf for the order below. Someone from their team will contact you within 48 hours." I NEVER GOT A REPLY!!! Next communication I received was "Your order is on it's way". I received my order and it is NOT WHAT I WANTED!!! Now I am in a Catch22 trying to get my money back. Walmart.com gave me a phone number for Dazzle Mart that is NOT BEING ANSWERED. Now I am in a holding pattern waiting for a PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL from WALMART. Dazzle Mart sent a QR Code and told me to "Dropping off at FedEx is simple" I was to Head to any FedEx Office location Show the QR Code to an employee. FedEx will print the return label and ship your return. Sounds "simple" enough, right? OH SO WRONG!! There are ONLY 5 FedEx OFFICES in the state and the one closest to me is over 50 miles away. My local FedEx drop off can not read the QR Code and NEITHER CAN MY LOCAL WALMART STORE!!! I am so fed up with this. Will READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM ANYWHERE FROM NOW ON!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH DAZZLE MART!!! CROOKS!!!
