Very misleading company!!! They deserve no rating what so ever! States they have items in stock. Then they create a shipping label to show your ordered items have shipped. Then a charge has been made from your bank account for the products. Apparently they do not have the items no shipment has been made. Thank goodness Walmart refunded my money. They should not allow this third party entity to sell on their behave. What a waste of time this company makes you Walmart look bad.

This seller is a scam. Walmart and Amazon should not allow them to sell. I received an item I ordered through Walmart with an Amazon receipt.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SECOND SELLER. NO RETURNS ALLOWED. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. In a world where all relationships are digital, this seller is going to fail. I will make sure to never order from them again. They sell through Walmart.com and Amazon.

Ordered two very overpriced aquariums- when I saw (only hours later) that they’re on sale for 60% cheaper this vendor and Walmart refused to adjust my order so I tried to cancel it . They refused that too ! Said it had already shipped - and will be here IN 3 WEEKS ! That’s bullshit business !

Awful company. Scam. I order little people school house for $50 saw it on target, Kohl’s, and amazon for $29. I immediately tried to cancel as was told I couldn’t cancel order and if I return it I would get partial refund

I asked to cancel an order....their trick is one of the oldest trick in the book. They resell products, mark up an item they founds on other websites like amazon or target.com etc., then they pay with their payment method and use your information to send the package to you. They get the benefits of not having to deal with the product at all as well as not dealing with the return shipping and other costs. All their profits come from marking up their product. These resellers are a SHAM. Hence why they use the "restocking fee excuse" incase a customer wants to return a product, so they gain something out of the transaction. This is something Walmart should look out for and should ban. When you ask for proof for canceling an order, they give you the run around. A bunch of liars, maybe even one person acting like different people. IRS should check out their business. These are the messages I received when I stated I wanted to cancel an order (it didn't ship yet). I first said I need it ASAP to know if they have shipped the item instead of asking them if I can cancel. This will ship out tomorrow to arrive October 27th Best regards Mabel Hello I will send in the request to the warehouse but I can't guarantee that the order won't ship. The orders are processed automatically as soon as they arrive to us from Walmart. If it does cancel we will notify you by email HOWEVER If we can't stop this and it ships you can return it for a partial refund. Thank You Mabel Customer service. (Sent three times) I am sorry we will not be able to respond to any other email due to the threats in this message from you. We stated we have sent the request ect Best regards and Please stay safe out there Mabel("threats" hahahaha--which is what I wanted to text but I stayed professional, also purposely used etc. spelled wrong because I told them my review will reflect on their customer service...which is apparently a threat) We will have the proof as soon as we get the response from the warehouse. The customer has already requested it to ship ASAP. Due to all the different request, the order may get stuck in processing until shipment day when it gets cleared. Karen ONE OF THE MOST MESSED UP SCAMMERS ON WALMART!!!!! STAY AWAY! I PROMISE IF YOU DO A GOOGLE SEARCH ON ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS YOU WILL GET A CHEAPER PRICE.

David’s Direct Discount Deals, LLC failed spectacularly in fulfilling my order AND they are now PRICE GOUGING on beyblades which I initially ordered at $11. I received an email message stating, “ Hello, We wanted to thank you for your purchase... As we went to ship this unit out we noticed there was damage to the box and potentially the unit. Our customer satisfaction is our highest concern which is why we opted to NOT send a defective unit out. Unfortunately, we wont be able to fulfill this order till the unit comes back in stock. Best regards and Stay safe, Mabel Customer service.” I went back to review the original order and saw the same item listed for $29 with a “only 4 remaining!” note. My 5yr old had been counting down the estimated 7- 15 days from the time of purchase for this to be delivered. We received their message on the 13th day since placing the order. Dishonest price-gougers. Buyer Beware.

SCAMMER!!! I ordered an item but the seller uses a fake carrier where they can create a fake tracking number that says the item ships with minimal information so they can charge you and not be able to return it. I contacted customer service but the girl did absolutely nothing! Since when did Walmart allow scammers to sell on their website?!

UPDATE!!! Received items in mail today with an invoice from AMAZON when I purchased from Walmart. The invoice had each item priced $5.00 cheaper and when I contacted them for a price match, they said I could only return the items at my expense and get a partial refund. The invoice I received totaled $11 when I was billed $40. WORST SELLER EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PURCHASING FROM THIS SELLER!!!

After ordering item, saw it on Target website for more than half their price. Tried to cancel, but no luck. Was told I could return item for less than what I paid. Said I would get tracing info which I didn't get.

They don't stop lying to you.

Ordered via Walmart. Was delivered as a "gift" from Amazon. Walmart has that the item was delayed. Tracking has it delivered on a date before I ordered it!

Total scammers. The expectation is that Walmart vets these sellers, but as this has been going on since last summer, the reluctant conclusion is to rank Walmart far below Amazon and eBay with regard to policing Marketplace sellers.

WORST EVER-DONT BUY FROM DAVIDS DIRECT-MY RATING WOULD BE 0 STARS

David’s Deals are liars and scam artists. I ordered 4 items. Only got 2. When I asked for the rest of my order, they sent faked pictures of 4 items with ‘my’ mailing label and said some other company must have ‘shorted’ me. When I pointed out that the mailing label showed the correct weight for 2 items, not 4, they said that’s how the post office does it all the time. What a crock!! Luckily, Walmart refunded my money when I returned the 2 items, but it was ridiculous. Walmart really needs to screen their ‘third party sellers’ much better! Need to have negative stars as an option!

Correction: My experience with David’s Deals was through the *other* major online retail company, not Walmart. *They* refunded my money, not WM. The rest of my experience with David’s Deals was accurate. Don’t trust them; don’t let them steal from you, regardless of the online retailer you use.
