I ordered a $158 slip and slide for a Christmas gift. It arrived today and the box appeared to not only be 100 years old, but was torn and ripped on every seam. Apparently they didn't have a box the correct size as it was shipped in the original packaging. Without opening it to inspect, I'd guess there are pieces missing from the size of the holes in the box. Very disappointed and doubtful a replacement would arrive before Christmas. I would give less than 1 star but there is no way to rate it lower. Seriously, it look like the box fell out of the back of the truck and was run over several times prior to arriving here. Ugh!

I too would like to give a rating less than 1 star. I ordered a toy for my granddaughter for her birthday thru Walmart and CyberToyShop LLC was used to send it. I received a notification indicating that it was delivered to my Daughters house, but it never arrived. I contacted Walmart about the package not arriving at the shipping address. Walmart forwarded it to CyberToyShop for their attention. After several emails, I was told that they use an automated system and it sent the package to the address listed on the order. Yet still it did not arrive. End result, I'm out the money for the item, taxes, shipping and handling because it seems they won't even try to find out what happened. Not my job to track down the package, it's theirs. So, with that said, if I was any of you reading this, is would make sure if you order anything from Walmart, it won't come from these people.

The company is not response to shipping issues. They refuse to refund me the cost of item. The package was empty. Emailed them the day it arrived. They stated they would take care of it. I am still emailing them on the issue. I would give them a -1 star if possible. Avoid this company at all costs.

Received an order of Excedrin in a branded Excedrin bottle; however, the actual pills did not have a E on them. They said 44334 which is actually a generic form Excedrin manufactured by LNK International and not by GSK. Not sure how or why generic Excedrin is in a branded bottle.
