I ordered the digital antennas through Wal-mart, argued with them for over 2 months finally got resolution by letting them know was contacting BBB, they have a location out of Colorado. I also came across this which might help some of you. Beware of their other sales reps and management. ([email protected]) The manager/CEO is Quan Liu, Sales Reps: Justin Woo (or Wood. Completely bogus seller! If I could leave a zero star review, I would. They sell you one thing and then send you another. WalMart is of no help whatsoever. And you can't contact the company because there is no contact info, and they don't respond to your online request sent to their "admin" email. I can't believe WalMart would even allow this seller on their website. If you're thinking about buying from this company, DON'T! Run quickly in any other direction, as long as it's away from them.

Next time I am going to check out the seller more carefully. Walmart.com is not helpful. CshidWorld LLC is bogus and criminal.

I ordered my sister headphones they were suppose to come Thursday then if said Saturday April 11th and still nothing and can’t get ahold of the seller

They offered a120mile radius TV antenna for only $22? WOW! I had recently paid $28 for a 45 mile antenna, so I jumped at this deal. Sadly, I tried every orientation in an unobstructed window. At best position, I got TWO channels. I tried it on another TV in an all-glass sun room and got ZERO channels. I do better (4 channels) with a bunch of wire and a coat hanger. (I do live in rural mountains, which I know is a problem for reception.) The only good thing about it was a wire long enough to actually reach a window. The more expensive one had to have the TV moved within 5 feet of the window. These things might be better for city dwellers...or maybe rural Plaines states.

Purchased an item thru marketplace.com thru Walmart. When the order arrived, there were parts missing (power cord and the whatever is needed to connect the USB. I can't get in touch with them to get an AMR in order to return the merchandise. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Bought a wireless headphones from them and isnt at all what was described on the walmart site. Doesnt connect at all to bluetooth and the number that was provided for their customer service was disconnected. Biggest mistake ever buying from this company

This company is a joke. You buy an antenna and it doesn't come with what you need to hook it up. Don't bother calling the phone number, it's been disconnected. Would give - stars if I could.

This seller is nothing but a crook. They have fake reviews on all of their products making people believe they are getting a good quality product when that's not what you get at all. They charge a restocking fee and also charge for return shipping. Way to stand behind your products...Hopefully Walmart will wise up and stop selling your crap!

After 1 month the earbuds would not recharge. Requested to return from Walmart. Received email back from seller saying to return via shipping label, but did not provide one. Waiting to hear back where I am supposed to access their shipping label.

This seller does not give correct information to return an item, I do not know what his purpose is if he does not return the item, he is a very mediocre seller

I purchased a HD DIGITAL TV ANTENNA KIT from CshidWorld LLC, on Oct 29th, 2018, thru Walmart Marketplace. I received the antenna kit, hooked it up, scanned for stations in my area, and the antenna did not pick up a SINGLE STATION. I emailed the company on Nov 10th, to get a RMA to return the antenna kit, SINCE IT COULD NOT BE RETURNED TO A WALMART STORE. I e-mailed them again on Nov 19th since THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY FIRST E-MAIL!! IT IS NOVEMBER 25th AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never purchase a SINGLE thing from them AGAIN. (I had much better luck dealing with 1Byone Products Inc.)

I ordered earbuds from them as a gift. Upon opening it was discovered that tgere was only 1 earbud and no cord. I have sent several emails to them and walmart also had sent them a request to return. After 10 days have heard absolutely nothing!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I now will have to try and get my money back through my credit card. Would do less than 1 star if I could!

I let them charge fully The 1st time I used my earbuds they would not keep charge for over an hour last week the left side stopped working have sent emails and have called got no response back that’s not a way to run a company still waiting about ready to call Fox 5 It would not let me send without the star rating which to me is a zero but I had to pick one in order to send it

I ordered a Bluetooth earbud I never received it still waiting today, I will never order from this company again.

I bought IP67 earbud and it would not charge. They will not give a refund or replace. Very bad customer service ! They cheated out of $20

I would give NEGATIVE STARS if possible!!! I have been trying to contact them via phone and email for days. The phone number provided by Walmart is not in service and the phone number on Cshidworld website rings and the voicemail says "Sorry the person you are trying to reach is not available" WHAT?? I have sent multiple emails to them with zero response. I just want to make a return and it has proven impossible to initiate the process!!

I will never order from this company again! I have been trying to return an item ordered thru Walmart online and cannot get an authorization! And to add insult to injury-I’m going to be charged a 15% restocking fee when I finally do get this dumb antenna returned! If I could give zero stars I would!

I was going to buy some wireless earbuds from Walmart, via 'Cshid World LLC' . . . . . then I read the above reviews. They are ALL 1-star, and not happy customers. Sorry they all got screwed, and then NO help from Walmart ?!? Chinese garbage is infiltrating Walmart, Amazon, Groupon, etc...... USA - BUYERS BEWARE !!

Awful Earbuds. They came in without the little stickers they came with, their LED lights wouldn't work, and they wouldn't charge after ~2-3 hours of charging. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The ear buds I got only worked twice. When I contacted them they wanted to buy a positive review for $5. They stopped communicating when I wouldn't. I don't know what to do. Don't buy from them.

ordered the 2 pack of Solar Lights Outdoor 74LED Wireless Solar Wall Lamp Motion . lights work -- but both motion sensor plastic attachment arms are broken-- I suspect the many of these ship that way.

I was going to buy a TV antenna from them on Walmart market but came across all these bad review, so I decided not to. Walmart needs to weed out bad sellers. Thanks for all the warnings.

Wish I would of read reviews first!! Ordered the 4 in 1 razor worked once, then would not charge. Have been sending emails with pics included ( at their request) for 3 days , now they want me unpack it ( I have it ready to ship back) and send a video of it not charging.

Absolutely horrible. I Thought I was ordering from Walmart. CshidWorld LLC Would not take back a return item. Stay away!!!!!!
