I ordered some building blocks from Walmart instead of Amazon because I wanted to support a local company. I got an email from Walmart saying I would receive the item in 10 days which was fine. Instead, I got a package from Amazon the very next day with a gift receipt from someone I did not know. Therefore, I began to think someone had either hacked my Paypal account, my Amazon Account, my Walmart account or my computer to even know what blocks I was interested in. The blocks were priced less on Amazon and I would have ordered them from Amazon if I wanted to. Instead I spent and entire day changing all of my passwords thinking I had been hacked. Please be transparent and say the item was initially been ordered on Walmart. It was very confusing!

I purchased a LEVOIT LV-H132 Air Purifier on Walmart.com and a couple days later found something shipped directly from Amazon to me. When it arrived I received it in an Amazon box with an Amazon gift receipt. The product box was damaged and looked like it had been opened and taped back up. I can only assume this seller is buying used items for cheaper on Amazon and participating in what is called "Retail Arbitrage" by reselling it for a higher price on Walmart's Marketplace. This reseller should be banned for scamming consumers.

I ordered the Corsair Ironclaw RGB Gaming mouse off Walmart.com and when I received and opened my order it was missing almost everything. The only things that that were actually in the retail packaging was the mouse and warranty/product info booklets. It was missing the USB Charging/Data Cable, Wireless USB Transceiver (Dongle), and the USB Cable Adapter. So not only can I not charge the mouse but even if I could I wouldn't be able to connect it to my computer because of the missing dongle and adapter. This is all besides the fact that it was even listed as an open box product on the website, so why are things missing from inside the retail packaging? I agree with the previous reviewer that the should be banned for scanning and deceiving customers.

I purchased a Little People Noah's Ark from Wal-Mart.com for my little one. It came from this seller. The price was three times higher than the original selling price but it was sold out in other places. The product never came. After a month I requested a refund because the tracking stated the order was in the Cayman Islands and pending delivery. The seller actually emailed me once I requested a refund stating it had been delivered and the date they claimed it was delivered was three days before I even made the purchase... Total scam artists. Total bullshit. I'd rate a zero if I could.

I cancelled my order BEFORE it was on the truck. Walmart reached out to Cross Inspired sending the email. Cross Inspired had 48 hours to respond and responded that "Oh so sorry, it's already shipped" when I had already confirmed that it was still processing. Ironically, the estimated delivery date had been pushed up several days and is now on its way. I feel like a game has been played. I do not want this item. I cancelled only hours after ordering it, was told I cancelled in time and now I am supposed to intervene this order, refuse it and I will not be here and spend my morning dealing with this and not refunded. This is not Walmart's doing, this is Cross Inspired. They are liars and apparently after reading the reviews above, I am not the only one that has been lied to and played for. Cross Inspired does not even provide a professional phone number to contact someone. The number provided is someone's cell phone. If they are a representative of Cross Inspired they should identify that on this personal number.!!!!!! ANGRY!!!!

I ordered a $90 product. The company Cross Inspired delivered it to the wrong address. Not just the wrong address but to the other side of the country. No response, no reply. Walmart had to issue me a refund. Super disappointing, big mix up and no customer service. Thumbs down, way way down!
