THIEVES! Ordered an item in March, NEVER sent (I tracked the number), they charged me! Contacted them, got $ back. 6 MONTHS LATER THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN! NEVER RECEIVED ITEM! ITEM NEVER SENT! THEY CHARGED ME TWICE! REPORTING TO BBB!

Terrible. Item I ordered was incorrect. They told me to ship order back for correct order. I shipped order back and never received my correct order or a refund!!! They won’t email me back now. Terrible company. Terrible that Walmart deals with then

Would leave 0 star review if could. Cancelled an order within minutes of ordering and was told many days later that my cancellation had not been seen until after the product was shipped despite multiple attempts to communicate in the interim. Seller obviously chose to willfully ignore the cancellation notice and attempts to communicate for several days due to cancellation policy that is unfavorable to buyer (buyer has to pay for shipping which was already a significant part of cost, buyer does not necessarily get full refund, based on past reviews, buyer may get no refund at all). Deceitful and unreliable seller.

Horrible. I did not receive and item. You try to call, they say email. You email you are told that the tracking says you got it , so you got it. Repeat! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS EVER! Walmart you should not allow them to sell under your name! BAD BAD BAD! No option for no stars, since I never received the item and they have my money. So 1 star it is.

Returning items from Crazy Online Dealz is a nightmare. It should go through Walmart anyway!! They got me because I returned my video game one week after Christmas and still no refund. It has been FOUR months.
