Ordered a sun dress in blue, size 4X. Got a blue 4x dress. It's would actually fit a large, not a 4X. Plus, the material isn't something I would wear outside the house. It's more of a very thin airy material that you would use, to sleep in. Vert disappointed that Walmart would have them as a vendor. Did not read about one satisfied customer.......that's sad and I'm pissed. Can't return it because the sender's address on the package is very lightly printer and I can't read it. Can't give this company any stars.

Do not order with this company. They take your $ and deliver no product. They are thieves.

I wish I would have checked reviews before ordering. As others in this email string, my order has been delivered to some unknown place, but the shipping distinctly has my current address. I filed a claim with UPS, and I am waiting a call back from Walmart customer service. I "assumed" sellers associated with Walmart were legitimate, but I have definitely learned my lesson with that. The seller's contact number is British Columbia, but it's shipped from Alabama; it all seems very shady! I do NOT recommend this seller! If there was a negative rating, I'd use it!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I placed an order through Walmart 3 weeks ago and I can't get ahold of anyone. My order is supposedly in WV and I'm in Michigan. WTH???

Never will I order from these people again. I will be going to Walmart to get a refund. I was talking to some on line and they tried to have me contact a lawyer. Hell I just want what I ordered. Its been three weeks and nothing...It should have been here long ago.

Order an item from them and was excited to get it. They sent my order to a city clear across the state. I have attempted to contact them numerous times. And haven’t heard from them. Hopefully I will soon or I will be contacting Walmart for a refund. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I regret not reading the reviews, I received my order in a open package that looked old and the product was not the original they went to the dollar store and purchased a cheaper version because I have used both the original and the cheaper version before. and I know the difference Walmart needs to remove this company off of the Walmart site they are ripping people off!!! I don't even want to give 1 star

I ordered from this company and never received my item. I don't think this is a real company. I sent an email when it was never shipped after 2 weeks and did not get a response. I had to call Walmart for a refund. I do not think this is a real company and Walmart needs to remove this seller from their website.

I am so angry! They sent my order to a different city that is 6 and a half hours from me. How do you even do that?! I better get my money back! I’m ready to make some noise if I don’t!

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order through Walmart and this seller sent it to a completely wrong address in a completely different city than mine when the correct address is CLEARLY there in the order details.

It say that this seller is located in Brighton Co. I am 30 mins from Brighton and still have not received my order that was place the end of March. >:(

I ordered a bread proofing basket and they sent a cheap acrylic child’s hat. Very strange. Untrustworthy seller.

I will watch when ordering from Walmart in the furture that you all are not the sellers very disappointed in this item no directions no return paperwork and I don't think it look's like what the pictures show on website if I were Walmart I would be careful dealing with this company

MY ORDER WASN'T EVEN SHIPPED AND THEY CHARGED MY CARD. THEN WHEN I INQUIRED THEY SAID USPS IS HOLDING PACKAGES AT THE POST OFFICE AND NOT DELIVERING THEM. I just got an order of a few christmas items on Jan 2 when ordered them on Dec 6th! There was plently enough time for them to be delivered if coolmade would have given them to the post office. They created the label on Dec. 7th then never gave the post office the package until the 23rd. This was beyond ridiculous. Shipping delays are one thing but when you dont get the item to the shipping company with enough time that is bad business. I will for now on make sure I see who is shipping items from Walmart.

The real question is, why are they still permitted to sell on this MEGA platform

I ordered a rechargeable callous remover 8/31 along with 3 other items. All of the other items have arrived. The callous remover from Coolmade was scheduled to be delivered 9/13. Received an email that it was deliver 9/3 to Knoxville, TN no address. I live in Smyrna TN. Contacted WalMart , and they forwarded the information to Coolmade. They said that it would be delivered soon. I waited until after the 13th, and still no delivery. Requested it be cancelled today, then received a text that it was delivered and handed off to a person in New York!!!!! WTH? This company is beyond stupid. They obviously cannot read to put in the correct delivery address. i will NEVER order anything else that I have to depend on them to send! NO STARS

These people are scam artists. They take your money, tell you your item is on its way, and tell you it has been delivered. But, there is no delivery. Then Walmart says to give them two more days. Nothing. Then Walmart says they will have Coolmade contact me in 48 hrs. Nothing. I’m waiting now for Walmart to refund my money.
