I placed an order for these little sparkly shoes for my grand daughter for Christmas on Dec.9 when you check shipped,It looks like it’s in transit but that’s it,abd a message at the top of the page says due to high volume carrier partner are having delays. At least let the customer know so we can have a back up plan???

I ordered two cargo jeans ... it was CLEARLY marked for delivery at my residence in Kinston, NC and they delivered it to a mailbox in Fayetteville, NC. They took my money - how do I get the product I ordered and paid for now? I spent over an hour on the phone with the post office (it was delivered USPS) and they assure me no one did a forward address behind my back - that is a plus. How do you deliver to such a wrong address? I am hoping that they just gave me the incorrect tracking number ---- jinkies!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE - How do you contact the seller?

I ordered a pair of workout shorts and the next day I get an e-mail saying that Walmart had received my request for cancelation.....I did not cancel! So I called Walmart and of course it’s not there fault. We go on the site and it says there is one left in each size, but the Walmart lady says they consider that out of stock......so annoyed. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Same as all the other reviewers. Ordered an outfit for granddaughter for Christmas on Dec 8th. Still not received into the U.S. on Dec 20th. I had no idea this was coming directly from China. Walmart trying to operate like Amazon is ridiculous and 3rd party sellers come up in searches as if the item is at another Walmart warehouse. Unacceptable Walmart and I will refuse the charge on my credit card if a refund is not given.

Dont order anything from this company first the sent my order to the wrong address in a whole different city, than they refuse to answer emails or return phone calls and I never got my money back. They sell to walmarts and walmarts refuse to hold them accountable.

Same as everyone else. Wal-Mart is no help either. They take no responsibility for what is sold on their site by someone else. The company did email me but asked for my order number even though it was in the email they sent me. I took the risk of buying and now Wal-Mart lost another costumer completely.

I ordered 4 pairs of shorts August 2nd this company said it would arrive by August 12th never came called Walmart they said they made a shipping label but never shipped my stuff

They said after waiting 3 months that it was delivered but we did not receive it and it was delivered to the wrong address. Why? I am out of a product and lots of money. Walmart should not be doing business with this company!

I ordered something from here back on March 1 2020 and never received the products. They never got back to me and also told me there was no tracking number

I normally don't shop Walmart but needed item they supposedly had it in stock. Ordered on 5-12-2020 finally after asking where the item was on 5-30-2020 they quickly shipped the item to a different address in a different town. They said it was delivered. Geez I really won't buy anything from Walmart now. I thought I was buying from Walmart not Conceptis Technologies USA. This sounds like a third party seller thing. Hope I get my money back. Like pretty clearly everyone I never received my item and it said it was delivered to a completely different city. They said they resent it but I highly doubt that’s true. This company is a fraud

I purchased an item and needed to return it. Walmart indicated they routed my request to the company and someone to reach me with in 48 hours. Weeks later, several calls and e-mails with no response. I will never purchase another item if it is provided via Conceptis Tech again. Apparently there is no return on any items. I would provide 0 star if I could.
