Cohen Botanicals, LLC

Purchased a pool float from Walmart. It was sold by Cohen Botanicals, LLC. It arrived a few days later for some reason delivered by an Amazon driver with an Amazon receipt and order number. The box looked returned and was taped up and the tape was old and peeling off the box. I proceeded to inflate the float and of course there is a hole. I contacted Cohen Botanicals through Walmart and received several messages that asked to do different things from different employees. One employee wanted me to search for the hole and take 2-3 pictures to get a refund. I explained that it is a float and a hole will not show up on a picture and that I could not even find the whole but it deflates in 20 min. Another employee emailed me and said they will forward to management and 20 minutes later I received an email stating the order was cancelled from Walmart. The next day I got a rude email stating that they need pictures of the huge whole that I am complaining about. I really think they need to strive for better customer service and make sure they work as a team so their customers are not getting mixed information. They also sign their email as Walmart Customer Service when they are not Walmart. Very misleading. I contacted Walmart and every thing was taking care of in minutes. If you see something advertised sold by Cohen Botanicals I would order from someone else to save a headache if something goes wrong. I can also say if I had an employee that send emails like the ones I received they would not have a job.

They sent both my orders to the wrong address. Hope I get them not to use FedEx or have FedEx take a picture of where they deliver it.
