I purchased a remote power wheel for my daughter for Christmas on 11/29/20 on 12/2/20 I received tracking information from Walmart that my item has shipped and I will receive it by 11/11/20 I been tracking my item since then but it was never moving anywhere so I waited tile Friday that just last on 12/11/20 to see if it was coming cause it stated on Walmart that it would be delivered that day, so nothing came so I reached out to Fedex and they told me that they was waiting on the seller which is thus company to send it to them Because they created a label on dec2 but no package so I told Walmart what was going on and they tried calling the seller a few times and couldn’t reach them, so I stated to Walmart that they are liable for my $257 and they have to refund me. Even tho they said this company was already paid by them so that’s there lost if I don’t receive my funds in five business days my credit union will be going after Walmart? This company is a scam and Walmart shouldn’t all them to take advantage of there customers like this buyers beware!

This place is terrible at shipping things on time or being honest about when they will ship things. They said my order had been shipped December 2nd, then I get a email today from FedEx that it's just now been picked up, won't be here till the 17th. I would definitely not buy anything involved with coclub again.

I will never order from Coclub! I had to call Walmart.com in order to process my refund! Yes they don’t want to except the merchandise back. They told me to keep the product and sell to someone else! Really !!!!

Do not order from Walmart, 3rd party, CoClub. If you need to return, even if package is unopened you will not be able to get a return shipping label. Remember when ordering from Walmart.com you might be ordering from CoClub. I have been trying to return a TV stand I ordered and received on 11-14-2020 and realized it would not work for my living room and tried to return it unopened immediately. The return policy is 30 days and CoClub emails are trying to persuade me to keep it, my 30 days are running out. Beware buyers! I give them -0 rating.

I purchased the 3 piece sofa, chair and loveseat set. The chair was the only item delivered on time. I had to wait 3 additional days to receive the other 2 pieces. Upon opening the box for the loveseat and attempting to assemble it, my husband noticed that the bolts that are inside the arm that the legs screw into are assembled too far up into the arm for the legs to even attach. I called the 1800# and let them know the issue and I was told I would receive an email with the replacement details. 3 days later I received an email requesting pictures of the issue. I sent those and didn't hear anything back from the seller. So days later I sent an email asking what was taking so long and I was told that they were waiting on a response from the seller. A few more days go by without any response from the seller so I sent another email letting them know that I was just going to have to start a return on walmart.com. I received a response from customer service stating that the replacement items were shipped on Nov 23rd and listed the tracking #. However here we are 5 days later and the tracking information on Fedex states that the label was created on Nov23rd but nothing has shipped yet. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this seller at all. It's not worth the hassle. Its too bad that ZERO stars isn't an option.

I recently ordered and purchased a 4 set of rattan sofa. It came as early as expected. But looking into the product , I’m so disappointed with the materials used. We opted to return the item at Walmart in our place but they doesn’t want to accept the returned item instead we were asked to contact their customer service and the latter doesn’t not answered as well. I wanted to rate your company ZERO or NO STAR at all for the deceitful product sold on line. Remember the money we pay for your product is a hard earned money!!!!

I created an order on 8/18/2020 & received an email on 8/20/2020 stating it shipped & was to be delivered on 8/31/2020. I needed the tent for 9/05/2020. When the day passed, I tracked my order to find that the date was pushed back to 9/4/2020. Per the CoCLUB email- due to the pandemic, they noted it could be a 5-10 working day delay. The tent was delivered on 9/9/2020. I spoke with CoCLUB & they would not let me return the unused/opened tent. They offered 10%...then 15%... then completely stopped correspondence. This order is well passed the 5-10 working days & they refuse to properly accomodate. If you order items via walmart.com & it says CoCLUB... I'd go another direction.

I purchased a swivel floor corner tv stand from them which came in a no brand box and absolutely no instructions. My husband and I have been struggling to put it together and there is no customer service phone number we can call for assistance. I'm going to reach out to Walmart to see what they can do but never again will I be purchasing from these third party vendors on Walmarts website!

SCAM COMPANY ALERT! Ordered a baker's rack via Walmart, but the seller was CoClub. No packing slip or return address...just a box. Piece missing, directions vague and rack kept tumbling to ground. Packaged rack, went to get refund at Walmart. They said I had to return to seller. This is where the nightmare begins. CoClub requested pictures or video of the product in order for them to determine whether I was eligible for a refund. This is nonsense. After three requests, and CoClub basically taunting me in its last e-mail stating, "if you don't fulfill our request, we can't send you a return label, and you can't return it to Walmart either." I wrote a letter to Walmart.com which received no reply. Once CoClub sent the 3rd message with the taunt, I called Walmart customer service and was issued a full refund. They told me to keep the rack, donate it or toss it. Walmart should thoroughly vett the companies they do business with because CoClub's communication and sophomoric responses have me believing it is someone working out of his or her basement. Know in advance that if you're unhappy with your purchase and request a refund YOU WILL NOT GET IT. This company is a SCAM! No star rating as far as I'm concerned.

They are the worst. I ordered a bed frame for my kids and when I got the package the bed frame was literally made out of cardboard. Like what kind of people sell things like this. I reached out to them for a refund and they giving be the run around. Telling me I will get 10% refund and keep the item and I told them no I want my full money then they said I give you 50% refund and said if I send it back it will cost me more money. Walmart should stop using third party sellers. This is ridiculous. If they don’t give me my full refund I will take matters further.

Bought a TV stand from them. It came with no instructions!! I left a voicemail with NO RESPONSE and contactEd Walmart who sent an email on my behalf with NO RESPONSE!! I generally don’t order from Walmart third parties and I won’t again.. Walmart should really consider to stop selling their merchandise. I’m just going to take it back and get my money back!

The product was defective knife sharpener. Waited 1 week after walmart sent them an email. I did get a response from coclub they wanted pictures of knife sharpener. HORRIBLE POS VENDOR! I'm not sure why WALMART.com allows this vendor to sell anything on their website. Purchased a Hummer 2seater for my boys, recvd their POOR product two weeks later and it's a JOKE!!! It was not the $185. black friday sale Hummer I purchased however the manual to put it together was! They sent me a small black after market car 1 seater that would had fit a 1year old!!! Contact walmart.com and unfortunately they can't do anything for me although they were the ones who advertised this item on their website and took my money, they wanted to me contact this POS vendor for my refund!!! This POS wanted to me to keep their poor product with a 10%refund! Who TF wants this crap for almost 200! I never even took it out of it's packaged; I only open the box and knew it was a SCAM! Took NUMEROUS emails and calls to this POS & cc: walmart.com to get a return label a month later for my money! Even after they got their crap back they refused to even acknowledged their item recvd! Had to get supervisors on walmart.com to refund my money! Sadly, Walmart allows this POS to make them lose good customers! Don't be fooled by this SCAM! Even my review on the item is not listed on walmart.com. Oh well.. Walmart.com app is deleted and hello Target.com...

COCLUB is a company without moral fiber. Dealing with a return from them is a total nightmare and requires several days of calls to Walmart for an intervention. This company tells you it is only possible to return their products if you send them a video of the mess they sent you. It is one excuse after another why they can't send you a return label. Take my advice. Pay twice as much and buy from someone else. Wal-Mart needs to disassociate from this vendor!

I have found CoClub to be most unsatisfactory in replacing the Electric 12 V Car that does not work....I have contacted this company on 3 separate occasions, beginning on Jan 7, and they have assured me I would be receiving a return label ...this never happened. I have communicated with Cherry on 2 occasions. We have followed her instructions with the exception of sending a video...I do not have that capability but we have sent pictures .... We do not want a toy that does not work!!!! Walmart has been a company that stands behind it product but this 3rd party does not!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM COCLUB....THIS IS NOT WALMART!!!!!!

This is by far the worst vendor, if you see their name please do yourself a favor and find something else. They sent me a sofa without the hardware and I couldn’t assemble it. Contacting them to replace the missing hardware was unbelievably difficult and 4 days later I still have no idea when I will receive the hardware. They make you go thru hoops to correct their mistake and the only people you can reach is overseas and they really could care less or have any idea about anything.

Coclub is a total scam! Please don’t do Business with Walmart thew this 3rd party coclub. Or even Walmart them self! For knowing this companies ways and reviews. They send you bad product with missing parts and taught you and never Handel the issue. Hoping you get tired of them not giving you true customer service and replacing or refunding their product when they ship it to you wrong and missing parts. Walmart knows this. I was told by coclub that Walmart knows what we do. They need coclub so they don’t care how they treat their customers! It should be Illegal what Walmarts allowing partnering up with coclub it what even let you give them a 0 on the Review that they deserve you have to at least give them a 1. Walmart’s to blame. Will be leaving a review on Walmart as well.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the reviewers. They do not honor their policies and try to scam you by sending you broken and damage product.it reminds me of my son that bought an used x box at a pawn shop and they made him buy a warranty. I was like why son. He was like well the warranty was worth it and they already swapped the x box out 6 times this month alone that didn’t work or had issues and I was like you are their Ginny pig son. They are using you to go threw all their broken and damage x boxes for them. Your their product control. Just like we are for CoClub. They send customers damaged or used product. Mostly something wrong with it or even missing parts or used. I Had to get Wal-Mart to Refund the Money because Walmart even knows what they are pulling on us customers. They told me at their customer service desk. Luckily Walmart stepped in and was like we get upset customers all the time from CoClub Secound party and it gets back to us handling it.Walmart knew they where shipping broken merchandise and knew it was broken before they shipped it. Just hoping people would not go all the way and fight them. But I disagree with the reviews thats Bashing Walmart about being in cahoots with COCLUB. Well at least i should hope not. I love shopping at Walmart and would not like to find out it’s true and they are in cahoots. Thanks Walmart or should I say shame on you if you know and let this happen.

Co club and Walmart should not be partnering up and allowing co club to sell merchandise under Walmart umbrella. Representing you are buying from Walmart. Also co club try's to act like they are Walmarts customer service and will not Handel or replace their merchandise when shipped wrong. Both companies are a total scam! You have to go threw hoops to get customer service to replace their merchandise. And they make it will you can't get a refund when it's their shipping department sending you used and damage product. Not to mention incomplete Packaging. They say Walmart has to step in and give full refunds that's my next step. Wish me luck! I give them s zero but it won't let me! When you go to their reviews it won't even let you read them it sends you straight to a Walmart page to shop only! Might need to be giving Walmart that same zero review. I can't image how many people just don't take the time to even do a review or even speak out about how bad customer service is. CoClub does not remotely resemble WalMart's policy of standing behind its product. Purchased 2 -12 V children's vehicles in December for our twin Grandchildren...Paid to have them assembled by a reputable company.....One did not work....CoClub assured me it would be picked up by 3 of their employees....Stayton, Lucrecia and Cherry...The broken car remains in entry waiting to be picked up from Jan 7.......DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY........I am quite surprised this company can operate in this country!!!!! case # 10004789940490

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! So am surprised this company can operate as 3 red party under Walmart!!! This company is ripping Consumers off and not Warrantying the companies product! They also make you wait for responses or act like they are shipping you a new product after you received a defected product. Then by the time you get Walmart involved the know they kept you pass the 30 days limit for a full refund not ever intending on replacing the defected unit. Awful experience! I received a patio set, the bench did not fit flush to screw it together, I had to go through so much garbage to get a replacement, then it never got to me.. was told it was delivered.. NOT! I have a camera at front door, nobody dropped off a large package. I have given up, nobody would help me. Too stressful..

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Wal-Mart is not doing a thing about my order that I still have not received after 2 weeks and spent 289.00 for. I now have a lawyer involved in this issue. For one thing Wal-mart should drop this company from there online shopping, with the reviews that have been enter, which are all terrible and ruining Wal-marts name. They are collecting your money and never receiving your purchase. Or receiving it broke, parts missing etc. Wal-mart does not care. This company was given 5 days to make this purchase right and then the next step will be taken. Watch whom you buy from on Wal-mart online shopping. I trusted Wal-mart and, shop with them for a few years, now they lost a customer because of this. I will never shop with them again.

terrible company, had to order my dining room set twice, they stated the first time there was suspicious activity on my account with no explanation, made me call them three times and told me all i could do was re order over again. they refused to re instate the order or help me so i re ordered again and now they say its delayed . they are blaming it on fed X and UPS but they are the ones that are screwed up. I purchase some outdoor furniture. When I put half of it together I wasn’t pleased with the quality or the comfort of the product. I packed it all up and took to my local Walmart and they said they couldn’t accept the return because it was a third party item. I purchased it on the Walmart web page. I have contacted the co club company for a refund. There have been several emails back and forth. They asked if it was ok if they kept 15% of the refund to cover the cost of shipping. I didn’t agree. I tried to return to store and not accepted. They then asked me to keep it and they would give me a 30% refund. They keep asking me to give it a try and to keep it. I’m not one to waist money on something I won’t use. As a company they will offer 30 refund but won’t right off a return shipping fee. I am still working with them and will not settle for less than a full refund and return.

I have sent pictures to Coclub and they still don't want to give me a refund I am have a hard time getting my money back and I am sick of it. I am still dealing with them and I will not stop until I get my refund. I would give them a -1 I contacted walmart.com and they are refunding my money.

I bought a twin size mattress, along with a twin size bed frame for my 3 year old daughters bedroom. We received the twin size bed frame, along with a FULL size mattress. It was over 48 hours before we received contact, which was by email. They asked for images of the mattress, shipping label, etc… to prove whether or not it was an error on their warehouse. (Duh.. I wouldn’t be trying to return a LARGER mattress if I was pulling a fast one). After another 24 hours I finally receive an email with their offer of “can we give you a 20% refund and you can make that product work?” LOL. Yes let me make a twin size frame work with a full size mattress. Absolutely the worst customer service I had ever received. How are they even allowed to sell products and still be affiliated with Walmart. Completely embarrassing.

Really wish I would have found this page before purchasing my bed frame from them. Other reviews are spot on. Not only did it take absolutely forever to be delivered, but as I was assembling it, I found one of the pieces was completely cracked and broken. Overall the bed frame is just terrible quality, especially for $211….. ended up contacting them last night and woke up to an email asking for photos of the broken piece. From what I’ve read through in the other reviews, I have a feeling it’s going to be a long uphill battle to get it (if it’s even possible to get it). I would give zero stars I could. Not worth it, please don’t buy anything from this company!!

Terrible seller, unfortunately, the other reviews are totally right. I would give them less than one star if I had the option. I ordered patio furniture and after assembling it, I did not like the quality so I disassembled it, put it back in the box and took it to Walmart. They told me I had to request a return label directly from the vendor through Walmart.com When I did, they asked me to take a 30% reimbursement and keep the furniture because the shipping was too expensive. I said “no”. Then they wanted me to reassemble it and take pictures and email them to CoClub. I said the furniture was packed and ready to go, and that I was not going to reassemble it just to take pictures. Then they said I had to pay the shipping. Anyway, lots of back and forward emails until I just stopped dealing with them and called Walmart directly. I started getting Walmart involved early in the process because I read the reviews as soon Is I received their first email. It was a time consuming and annoying process though, but Walmart did reimburse me.

Bought a futon from this company via Walmart and noticed there are 0 reviews - none posted on the Walmart site? Also noticed the price of this futon was double at $480 compared with similar styles with different brands, but the listing stated it was high quality. Unfortunately this was not the case -- quality is low: the futon has thin padding and fabric that is not comfortable for either sitting nor resting, even the back recliner level is uncomfortable. Overall size is adequate for a child or pre-teen, and it will not hold the average weight of 2 adults. CoClub asked me to return to them directly at my cost (more than $150 to ship the 2 boxes), or they would give me 15% refund to keep it. I have no use for this product. Please shop around, pay higher prices only for high-quality items you can keep and use, and know that it's very expensive to send large boxes back to the owners, or deal with live animals.

Terrible company making horrible products. Purchased a twin size bed frame which split in half less than 24 hours after assembly when my toddler climbed onto the bed. The mattress fell though and the broken pieces were splintered and sharp. This product should have never even been manufactured nor made it though quality control. Never ordering from this company via Walmart again.

Ordered two twin beds….Received part of the order….Notified Walmart…Was told I would hear from CoClub within 48 hours….10 days later …no response…called Walmart Service…..Not helpful…..They gave me CoClub number….They are awful! Nobody seems to know anything…..Would not connect me to someone that could help! Called my credit card company to dispute the charge… A disgrace that Walmart would deal with an awful Vendor like this….. Very Disappointing!

Horrible company.i was sent the wrong parts for a bunk bed so I was told to return item for refund. The package was lost upon return and the company won't help me get a refund. Rep told me to wait for package to arrive but I was already told by FedEx it was lost. They make no effort to help me resolve this.

I should’ve read the reviews about this company before purchasing anything from them through Walmart. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. An order was supposedly “signed for” at an address in a completely different U.S state than the state the order was placed for. This is when I realized that the operation is a SCAM. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY!!! Do NOT buy from this “company”! And get this, the best support Walmart had for me was to “contact my financial institution to dispute the claim”.
