I ordered perfume from this vendor. When I got it.I opened it up and low and behold it was a used bottle with some of the gold paint off the bottle and the box was all brown inside and didn't even smell like the right perfume. It was leaking all over the box too.One star is too generous.

I ordered Malibu Hard Water Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner 33.8 oz each from this seller... and they are a joke. It came with clear tape all over the top, once I removed it (complete sticky mess!!!) you could the the products had been used. The products did not smell the same as the the ones I have gotten from the salon, they must have been old or FAKE!!! Trying to return it is a joke, all they do is give you the run around and tell you WalMart has to do it. So now I have fake shampoo I will not use and I am out $70+... I would not even use this crap on my dog! They're completely taking advantage of people right now, I could not get this shampoo in the salon due to Covid- so I had to order it online. They do not return messages and hang up WalMart customer service agents.

Ordered one thing received totally different item. Contacted twice what to do. Finally requested refund. They have done nothing but take my money.

Ordered Stetson for men. Says it got delayed in Florida a week ago. No idea what would delay it in transit. Walmart said I can't cancel and the company still hasn't replied as to why it's been delayed. By the looks of the other reviews I guess I shouldn't expect a refund.

Do NOT buy from this seller. My order never arrived. Walmart instructed them to contact me, and I was promised I’d be contacted within 24 hours. The seller never contacted me. Walmart had to refund my money. However, we really needed the product and lost a lot of time waiting for this seller to come through. Do yourself a favor and buy from another seller.

I ordered the Morrocan oil hair treatment in the 3.4 oz bottle. First of all it arrived late. When it arrived the mailing packaging looked super sketchy. When I opened it up it didnt look very professional, it kind of looked like someone did it at home with clear packaging tape and bubble wrap. Once I pulled the bottle out, the sticker that seals the cap on the bottle looked like it was taken off and then stuck back on. Not sure if this is the real thing.

Order Kenra shampoo this is not the real thing ,I have bought this product many years ,my salon is closed due to the virus order off Walmart.com, it's fake my hair us greasy and it smell is not the same as my real Kenra,beware shame on Walmart

Terrible customer service! Claiming they sell authentic product which is not. I wonder why Walmart does this. Takes forever to receive response and almost impossible to return. Selling counterfeit via Walmart website. Shame!

BEWARE!!KNOCK OFF PRODUCT!! This was advertised as 100% original and is a fraud. It came in a box that was never the box this was perfume was sold or packaged in and the bottle was same design with different writing and stickers and lid. They used a picture of the true bottle and box to sell it but it did not come as shown. I have used this product for 10 years and it was never sold in the box this came in or with the labels that were on this one. ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS FOR A FAKE PRODUCT

I wouldn't buy from this company. Made an order and when it was about to ship, they cancel the order. They said I can reorder, but at a higher price. They offered no resolution to the issue. Pathetic.

WORST SELLER EVER!!!! Please dont buy from this seller!!! Received a damage item no refund nor replacement was received . I had to email them for the request several times and after how many days got a reply that they will not replace nor send refund for a defective item received.

Dont expect to get what you actually ordered, they will send some dirt cheap nasty smelling perfume and refuse to send what you actually ordered. They will only give you a refund when they receive the wrong item they know they gave you, dout I'll ever even get a refund and it wont buy the same amount of bottles I originally bought since they were marked way cheaper then the price went up . So I'm pretty disappointed, buyers beware and dont buy from this seller

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Same thing happened to me as the other reviewers. I ordered the Versace Pour Homme Cologne and got a Ulysses Cologne that was much cheaper quality. After trying to contact them many times, I finally contacted Walmart, who got me in contact with them. They told me it was a "glitch" in Walmart's system, even though when I told Walmart about this they had no idea. They won't send me the correct product for the same price. They say they'll refund me once I send the product back but I really don't trust that I'll ever see my money again.

It really is a shame because even this one star is too generous for this scam artist. I bought a men's cologne and was sent a woman's perfume. I asked for a refund online and over the phone and no response. The price was too good to be true and they will exploit your trust. PLEASE! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Hurting business? Tough luck.

Warning!This is the worst experience I have had with buying online through Walmart with this company. I ordered Polo Blue and in the mail I received Royal Copenhagen very cheap old cologne. A week later my other cologne came in and it sure wasn't Versace For Men it was another cheap cologne called Ulysses. How they got the order wrong beats me but I feel like I was had by this company not once but twice. I wish I could rate it lower.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!! Worse company ever to deal with. I canceled my order less then ten minutes after ordering reached out called the company left a message and they still ship the order. Now I have to try and return and fight for my money back. This Company sucks

Ordered babe lash. Received counterfeit. Tube not full. Completely different consistency of serum. Packaging not same as whennpurchased directly from babe lash. Walmart.com mysteriously has no record of my order # but received my 45 bucks from my credit card. Do not order from this supplier, you’ll be sorry. Gave 1 star because I had to mark something for review.

Thank you for the negative reviews and confirming my suspicions about this company. I will not be buying through Walmart for my Biolage.
