Very poor customer service (NONE]! Received wrong size battery and now no contact info to do a return! I’m out $76! Bad experience.

I paid extra money to have my item delivered and two day delivery. They called me three days later and said I had to come to there place and pick it up over 50 miles from my house. I asked them what would I need to be able to pick this item up. The guy said all I would need was a confirmation number that he would provide. I ask is that all I would need. He told me yes. I sent my son down to pick it up and they told him I would have to pick it up and show the credit card I used. I paid through paypal credit. No credit card. I canceled my order. Again they told me I would be getting my refund in full. BUT WHEN ???? Still waiting for my $243.57 refund. Soon a complaint will be filed with the Governors office of consumer affairs on this company.

Shipped to wrong address in town about 200 miles from us according to tracking info. Unable to contact anyone - no phone number available. Never received order. Walmart should not use this seller!!

These people are a bunch of crooks and sell used equipment that is advertised as new equipment. I purchased a replacement projector bulb and housing on March 1, 2019, and after installing it, the bulb became very dim in less than 5 days and had the warning, "lamp life exceeded", which means it was an old bulb that they tried to pawn off on me. When I contacted them by email, they refused to do anything about it. After emailing back and forth, and I requested a phone number and address for their customer service, they refused to send any information to me and continued to tell me to contact the warranty company from whom I had purchased an extended warranty.

why would I by a part from you that is priced at over $30 when I can get it from a dealer for less than $5.part number 1606-150.you really need to get your head out of your ass.
