I ordered a hover board for my brothers birthday & I received it in a good amount of time but it stopped working a week later. I emailed them for a replacement but they never emailed back instead gave a refund when I specifically asked for a replacement. Have yet to hear from them. I demanded a new one.

I purchased a hoverboard from this company gave to my granddaughter christmas morning and on the next day after charging for about 24 hours it didn't work. I email cho international on 12-26-2020,I didnt get a response until 12-30-2020 advising me to put charger in outlet. I replied the next response came 1-04-2021 advising me I can return it , nothing about a refund or a return label
