I wish I had read this review before I ordered the item. I would have rated them a zero if it was a choice. Same story as the rest: NO delivery & no item! I received an email that my item was delivered - my security cameras said it wasn't. Investigation claimed it was sent to wrong address and wrong person. Walmart called and emailed "CHLOE'S" on my behalf {agent said CHOLE'S never answered the phone}. No response from CHLOE'S - email or otherwise. Walmart refunded to me. I strongly believe CHLOE'S RETAIL is a bogus company...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order sent to wrong place. When they finally got back to me 5 days later they said they never sent the item because the product that I purchased was not in "good condition." They also stated the tracking number was auto assigned and it never was sent out. Don't order from here.

FEDEX said delivered. Went to wrong address I guess. So much for my granddaughters Christmas present. Please have them refund my money. Very heartbroken

Unscrupulous! Ordered an item from them via the WalMart web site. Two days later the item arrived in an Amazon Prime shipping envelope. Inside was an Amazon gift receipt from somebody named Mike D. Reported the incident to W*M. The big guys are on to "Chloe", or Mike, or whatever.

Order an item on November 30th. Last tracking was on December 3rd saying delayed in Birmingham. This was my daughter’s Christmas present. Nobody has contacted me yet after several attempts to reach them. Walmart.com keeps saying that they have emailed the seller on my behalf and that I should hear from somebody soon. I haven’t heard anything YET! Very disappointed! They should not be allowed to sell on Walmart.com
