I ordered a desktop. It arrived and would not turn on. I returned it through Walmart and was told they'd refund my money once they received the computer. They got it and said the memory and CPU were missing so they would not refund my money until I returned it. They added they had pictures of the computer with those pieces in place. Sketchy. But the computer wouldn't turn on so, duh. This is a scam company, don't trust them. I wish I could give 0 stars

Order did not arrive on delivery date.

Scam company. Sold me a refurbished computer as new. Computer has hardware issues. Called Lenovo they said not their problem. Called Walmart they also said not their problem. This scam company said can’t do anything you only have 15 days for return policy although it took longer than 15 days for computer to arrive. They think I’m done with them. They are wrong.

Scam company, Sold refurbished PC Pavilion Gaming Computer as new; crashed after 3-weeks and HP will not assist in correcting problem as warranty expired 2 years ago. Returning to Walmart with complaint. If I could give zero-stars I would!

There was fraudulent activity on my credit card and something was order from this company. Discover and I have been working on a resolution and now oasis Express says they wont do anything about it. They are only getting a 1 rating because it wont let me not click any of them.
