Ordered a pan from the Wal-Mart online by this company and they sent a tracking number for ups and then a notice that they gave a refund but the tracking was a fraud I think because they stated item delivered to a Gig Harbor where ever that is. I will never order from this company again. I feel just like the other 1 star review. This company is shady as they can be.

Do not buy from this third party. Tracking shows was delivered to and signed for by someone named Melton in phx az. I live in Mesa az, which is 30 miles away. Tried to file a claim with ups, which was a nightmare. Walmart at least offered a refund, but could take up to 5 days. I just wanted the part I ordered! Not the bullsh*t. Wish I could give them a negative star

Offbrand garbage substitute for the real item. The description, picture and Cat#'s were for the real brand. Instead I got a knockoff substitute. Super scam. Walmart stop doing business with this seller please!!

SCAM. Do not purchase from this seller. Will charge you on Walmart and then use your information to give fake reviews on Amazon for a product that they sent you as a gift. Shady business and very rude over emails. Walmart will refund you eventually, but why go trough this struggle, just not buy from this scammer.

Per Fedex my package was delivered, Wrong not to my house, Fedex told me that my address did not match the address on the package. Opened a case with Fedex to go get the package as they would not disclose where the package went. Don't buy from this vendor, poor business practices it seems, !!!!! Merry Christmas.

I purchased a bike ramp through the Walmart website as a Christmas gift. After the product never arrived I requested a refund from Chevaux Gifts & More. I never received the product nor a refund. Buyer BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE from this company Chevaux Gifts & More!!!!!! They have horrible customer service and even lower ethics. They did not try to help resolve my issue. They seem okay with taking peoples hard earned money and not providing a product/service. I wouldn't give them any stars...zero, nada if that were possible. After a year, the product still says that it's in transit. It could have made it to Antarctica and back by now. I am very disappoint with this company. They are scammers!!!!!
