DO NOT BUY FROM TNIS MERCHANT!! this merchant is a total scam. I have been been trying to return a laptop charger for 2 weeks. All i get from this company is them asking for my laptop serial number over and over. I have responded 4 times telling them to process the return and full refund and they don't even acknowledge my emails. HORRIBLE service. TOTAL SCAM... Money down the drain!

Do NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased a charger for my Dell. I needed the charger ASAP so I paid for it to be shipped to me 3 days after i ordered it. Well they took 3 days extra for it to be dilevered. Then when i open the damn bag, its the WRONG charger. I called immediately and asked whats going on ??? The guy told me they didnt have MY charger available so they sent me whatever they had. . . . . i was in disbelief. I told them i want my money back. I sent the package its been almost a month and i still havent recieved my money back

TERRIBLE - Twice tried to order an item and only sent me part of the order both times - then second time when asked to return and get a refund said they needed to review and would get back to me within a couple of days.

This company is crooked. The charger took 4 weeks to arrive, and when it did it was the wrong part. They deliberately stalled for weeks, actually asking me to take photos of the item. I complied, but it did no good. I never got the correct charger or a refund.

Terrible chargers. There is a reason there are only one star reviews. Surprised Walmart allows them to even sell their products on their site.

I have the same problem as Laurie mentioned above. My macbook charger stopped working, I mailed it back to them priority mail, and now it has been over a week and they haven't replied to my requests about whether they received it and when they will ship the replacement.

I would not recommend buying products from this seller. I placed this order and then tried to cancel it right after I placed it. There was no cancel order option so I had to contact the seller. Even so, the company shipped the item anyways. So I refused the package and recontacted the seller and was told to wait 24-48 hours for a resolution. I tried again to contact the seller after no resolution and received no response and no refund. I had to contact Walmart help 5 times before receiving a refund by Walmart for this product. It took about two weeks of back and forth contact. Also, they shipped a electronics in mailers, not boxes. This seller is not available by phone and they often email generic messages that don’t address questions directly.

ChargerDIrect sells defective merchandise. They asked me to ship back my Apple MacBook charger (which I did Priority Mail with tracking) because it was sparking when I plugged it in and they never resent my replacement charger. Walmart had to get involved and ChargerDirect wouldn't respond to Walmart either so Walmart refunded my money without all the priority shipping fees. DO NOT BUY FROM CHARGERDIRECT!

I, too, am having the same issues since they sent me the wrong laptop charger back in November, 2017. I have sent over 30 emails requesting an RMA to them regarding this issue and all they say is "that upper management will be contacting me". Nothing heard back! I have also sent several inquires and a phone call to "WalMart 'customer' service" regarding ChargerDirect's business practices and am still waiting to hear back from them. This was the first and last time I will ever purchase anything online trough WalMart's website.

THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY. I BOUGHT A CHARGER AND IT STOPPED WORKING A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT. THEY TOLD ME TO SEND IT BACK 3 MONTHS AGO. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A NEW CHARGER AND THEY'VE BEEN SAY FOR 2 WEEKS THAT THEY WILL GET UPPER MANAGEMENT WILL BE CONTACTING ME. STILL NO CONTACT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER. ~A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER
