BEWARE!!! Purchased a refurbished HP computer. It did not function properly. Walmart would not accept a return and Cetmart has not issued a promised return label after numerous calls where they promised it would be sent in a "couple of days".

Beware we bought dell latitude 5560 they sent a dell latitude E6540 which was didnt have the 16gb ram , we ordered win 7 pro and received a machine with win 10 and the wireless net work card does not work. Left 5-6 emails and contacted them on FB page NO RESPONCE at all

If I could live 0 stars I would. They send me a used, screeched, in very bad condition computer. That was supposed to be a gift to my daughter. I have paid for a new one. We were really disappointed. Do not buy anything from this “llc”

I purchase a laptop and cetmart. After 2 weeks I hadn't received the computer so I called and was informed that UPS and lost it in they would refund my money After another week or so I refining received the computer only after purchasing a new in some place else and I was informed I had to ship it back to get my refund. After shipping it back live once again call and told I was not be able to receive any money back on my shipping which was $15 that was their Fault why should I be responsible for the shipping Of a return that was their fault This company has badd customer service skills and the pretty worthless I wouldn't recommend it for anything
