They are absolutely the worst company. I ordered two entertainment stands 125 dollars a piece. They were not at all what they looked like online so I wanted to return them. Says online with this company you can return to Walmart. NO you cannot. This company offered me a 5 dollar refund, yes five dollars then they went up to 25. 25 dollar refund for a 250 dollar purchase. They didn’t want to send me a shipping label either. This company is horrible and absolutely sucks!

I bought a camera for my motorcycle in Aug. 2021 and when I finally received it, it didn't work! I have been trying to get it refunded or a new one sent to me ever since. I have been told 3 times that a new one will be sent but when I ask for the tracking # this is what I get "Dear friends, Thanks for your message. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We will resend the new one to you it will take about 10-15 days, My sincerest apologies to you again. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we will do our best to serve you. Look forward to your reply. Best regards Sincerely Yours". I asked again for a tracking # and now this is the response that I get "Dear friend, Thank you for your message, You order has been passed so long time, It has been passed the customer service date, If any other question, please feel free to contact with us Best wishes." So I am taking it that since it has been since Aug. for the purchase that they have pushed it out so far that now they don't have to give me a refund or send another product. If this company is as bad as this why does Wal-Mart use them as a seller on their website? I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from this company or Wal-Mart if they have these kinds of sellers on it!!!!!!

Me and my husband bought a twin tub mini washer and spin dryer set and it does not work at all very low quality spinner stopped working on us when in 2 days on the inside of washer part has a piece broken off with the way it obviously this company needs to take better care of their products and the piece that came off and that was torn apart and broken off when we first got it and the condition it was in effect spin dryer part to and the color is purple I was so anxious happy and excited to receive this item for me and my husband so I could wash my husband's work belongings and now the damn thing doesn't work so I have to go back to my blue one that I bought for us not too long ago trying to get a hold of the seller and it's hard to get a hold of them I did talk to them yesterday but not much and we need a refund so we can get a different spin dryer product
