Ordered a Cap with ear flaps. December 14 2020 promise delivery December 21, 2020 here it is December 25 and still no cap. The site says order delayed. Maybe it's Christmas and this company can't do it.

There was no contact information for the company on the package, so I obtained the phone number from Google. When I phoned to arrange for credit, no one answered, and there was no opportunity to leave a message. They did ship free, and promptly, but wrong case.
