H O R R I B L E!!!! Ordered a coffee press on February 2nd, finally shows up today Saturday February 20th, the day before my birthday, in the original box that you would purchase off the shelf, shattered into a million and five pieces. I can't comprehend how you send a glass coffee press in its own box with no protection. FedEx delivered it, absolutely ridiculous. I have plenty of pictures if you would like me to send them because this is going in the dumpster and I expect a full refund.

I just want to say I bought a safe from this company. And the safe word for a few days and then all the sudden it don't work and I'm trying to give me the run-around I think.

I ordered on Saturday. The product was marked as shipped Sunday. today is Thursday UPS HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY PACKAGE FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS DUE TO BE DELIVERED TOMORROW. I WANT A REFUND

Never in my life will I ever order from these people ever again! I ordered a $568 bunk bed with a slide for my 4 year old and 1 year old and recieved a stainless steal water bottle! When I emailed them they said it was a gift and for me to wait patiently that the product I bought would be sent to me! I am calling total BS I requested a refund and took the package to a fedex location and am now waiting for my refund! Absolutely ridiculous!

Used Walmart.com to order a 14’ trampoline. They contracted with this company... it arrived missing more than half of the pieces. Trying to get my money back but all phone numbers are blocked and email is shady. Buyer beware.

Ordered a 10" queen mattress Walmart website said item in stock seller was out of stock still trying to get a refund... If there was a zero rating I would have given that instead of a 1 star

Ordered a trampoline, after receiving it, realized it was not big enough. Tried to return it, and they want to refund 20%. That's not gonna happen. I paid full price, so I want full refund!

My niece ordered a trampoline and has had nothing but problems with it and getting the run around with no resolution. Walmart is trying to help but no resolution as of yet Buyer beware
