I ordered 2 harness and one doesn't fit and I bought for larger dogs and tried to a return through the Walmart app and it will not let me. Needless to say they suck, will not buy from them again, I will buy directly from Walmart.

Ordered a harness for our dog and it was to big. The only option they gave me was to do an exchange. I then would have to pay round shipping fee. I would have to pay to send it back to them which was fine but then they wanted me to also pay for a delivery shipping fee. Say what? When I asked them to just set up a return and I would reorder from them I never heard from them again. Never will order anything from them again and I WILL spread the word about how they do business.

Purchased a Uhno extra small dog harness. Did not fit my dog properly. Since it was the smallest size aBBC available and the chest band was too large, allowing my daschund/corgi mix to put her paw through to head opening, there was no alternative but to return it. The girth band was fine. When I contacted them about returning it they suggested I "try to fix this a little bit by yourself." When I indicated it was not a feasible option then I was told "Really sorry, then you can return this.." A 20% restocking fee in addition to paying return postage would end up being an overall 50% or higher cost/loss to me. Totally unacceptable. Very disappointed in how this all was handled. Saying sorry in the e-mail replies are laughable and come across as insincere. Bottom line I will never deal with this company again and will make sure to also contact WalMart about this AND tell all my friends via fb about this poor experience. Bottom line I would rather donate it to an animal resue or some such thing instead of returning it for that kind of loss.

Lumodi makeup bag has very hard plastic BUT I wanted to return because it was defective, the zipper was broken. Calves is the marketplace seller and they were awful, offered one third refund even though it was broken. Walmart made it right, I will never again buy from Calves though!

I will never order from this company again! I order a camera backpack on February 26, 2018 and I am still waiting. First shipping date was March 5th, then March 12th and I checked today (3-11-18) and it has been moved back to March 16th. This is ridiculous! I ordered it because it stated it would be here before my trip!
