Don’t order from this company ever as they will NOT fill any orders. I Placed an order with them for 10 dog trays and they refused to fill gave every excuse in the book. Order on Walmart.com now I get a dam refund which now I have to go looking for trays. Company is a joke both C2S and Walmart for contract with this company. Karma karma karma will get you C2S. Should have never cancel my order.

OMG! Way would Walmart even let C2S Direct do business on their site. I ordered ConvaTec Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam 8 oz (Pack of 3) but only received 2. Now they are saying order is complete. No it's not. I paid for three not two. Buyer beware of this dealer.

I was very disappointed with C2S Direct customer relations. I cancelled a $20 order, before it had been packaged to ship. They refused to have it just left on the shelf, and stated they would ship it and when I received it, I could pay to ship it back for a refund. Deming, Juran, and Crosby would be shocked at their customer relations negative response. They will ship it, and I will keep it, or perhaps I could have it Gold plated and send it to their CEO; it could very nicely be used as a paper weight. However, I won't. I just won't buy from merchants they represent.
