I had some issues with an order #373388255979. An all in one game console and I sent it back after I closed the case on Ebay. I agreed to close the case with a new sd card sent to me. Well that did not work either and I sent the unit back and it WAS received but whomever is control of your Ebay page lied to me and refuses to refund me my money even though I sent the unit back. I am disabled and on a fixed budget and I NEED that refund. I am begging please!
