Missing parts once my order arrived but unable to contact anyone on what was missing. Just going to return it and bye elsewhere. Zero stars if I could

I ordered a senior tricycle on 3/15/21. Then I read several reviews. All were very low ratings. I canceled the order within one hour after ordering it. Bruce Shark LLC simply charged my credit card immediately and sent the order... At least they said they did. It was supposed to arrive on 3/25/21... didn’t come. Keeps showing Delayed. Don’t ever order anything from them.

And the reason why is because their customer service is so lousy. It's okay that's something doesn't work but when people will not call you back and they force you to keep their garbage it's unfair. Never never never buy from these people

Terrible seller. No communication. Doesn't know what a refund is when they fail to ship a product. I would never buy anything from this outfit again and Walmart should not deal with them either!!

item has been delayed for a month.

Ordered Canon Print head in May and have not received it as of today, July 17, 2020. Cannot receive a response from anyone. Will never order on line from Walmart again if the Customer Service and delay in deliveries continue to be this bad. Order # 4372079-215892

Ordered item 4/25/2020 it is now 5/8....item has been sitting in Chinco Ca. ever since.....they had no problem taking my money on the 25th but that,s all.... no response on phone calls...Don,t buy from these clowns! I wish i could give them a zero rating! Also can,t track it either. Will be contacting Walmart care real soon.

Would give them a zero if I could. They did a bait and switch on me. Offered dash panels at a low price, sent me a cheap phone holder. Now I'm trying to get my money back. Legally they are required to sell me the items I ordered at the price they offered, but they obviously have no concern for consumer laws. Steer clear of these guys.

Placed order through Wal-Mart in early May 2020. Still haven't received item that is shipped through Bruce Shark LLC as of today, June 2nd. I would prefer to rate at no stars but 1 is the least grade I can give! According to the USPS tracking number, they are still awaiting the item.

I ordered through this on 3-29-2020 today is 4-23-2020 and package still delayed or hasnt even reached shipper yet, cant get ahold of anyone for a refund at this point. This is ridiculous. Give zero stars and a call to better business bureau.

I placed an order on 4/10/2020. I got the “your item has been shipped” email 4/12/2020. Today is 4/21/2020 and this item has still NOT ARRIVED just like another buyer stated, It looks like BOGUS tracking information! So I’ve emailed the company to advise if my order is NOT arriving today which is the estimated date of delivery THEN I DONT WANT IT & I want my money back! I wish I had seen this website before I ordered because I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM. I’ll never order anything else from Walmart Marketplace either.

Ordered item on 4/10/2020! Received a notice saying the item was shipped and Lord knows it must be coming by way of snail mail! Tracking information says it’s been in Galveston, TX (6 hrs away) since 4/15 and today is 4/19! According to the tracking number I received, no movement!!!! Every time I attempt to track the item, I get this bogus information! Is this even legitimate tracking information?!?! IF the package ever arrives, I pray it’s at least worth the wait. Otherwise. I’ll be back to write another review! If this situation changes, I’ll be glad to update the information. Until then...when I see this seller’s name, I’m RUNNING in the other direction!

It is imperative that someone from Bruce Shark email us regarding 3 shipments that are on hold in Customs. Thanks.

Wish I had looked here before ordering. Scheduled delivery never showed. New delivery never showed. Still waiting on new delivery date(that won't show). DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR THIS VENDOR. Walmart should pull them from marketplace NOW!

So grateful to have found this site! Was on the verge of purchasing an item provided by Bruce Shark and decided we should get a better sense of who/what that is. WOW!! It’s hard to understand how Walmart is allowing their name to be associated with such poor business practices that have been going on for several YEARS. Shame on Bruce Shark, but a bigger black eye to Walmart for giving them a platform to scam people.
