I ordered an outdoor sectional, they sent the completely wrong item and told me that it was their mistake. But, they wouldn’t send me the correct item and I’m supposed to return something I didn’t order, which is huge! There’s no way for me to get it to a ups drop off location.

In my opinion and experience they are an unethical seller using inaccurate descriptions and photos. Promised a refund but then don't refund your money. (I now see multiple people commenting about this on a variety of selling platforms). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

There should be a zero star option. They sent only a portion of what I ordered and paid for, because there was "an issue with the listing." Responses from the seller were unnecessarily rude and the process took way longer than it should have. Be careful when ordering from Wal Mart, Overstock or other retailers that use Britt & Jules. I won't buy from Britt & Jules again, and I will be very cautious from ordering from Wal Mart or Overstock.

Terrible customer service. I will stop using walmart.com if they use these people for a walmart seller. An image of an entire desk was listed as the product. It was just the corner of the desk, which was delivered and ordered. FALSE advertising and then awful customer serv from britt and jules to try and get a refund. PLUS their competitor sold exact product (corner of a desk) for $40 less, almost 50% the total we paid for the same product at the same time. DO NOT BUY from walmart.com if they are the seller.

Bought two chairs on April 9. Confirmation said I would receive items between April 28 and May 1. On April 30, I received an email saying that I cancelled my order. Total lie, I never cancelled a thing. This company has put a horribly bad taste in my mouth and I will think twice about using Walmart.com. Customer service is non-existent.

Ordered a bedding set. After nearly a month of waiting, the only update on the shipping I was able to see was “delayed”. I ordered through Walmart.com and contacted them about the issue (they were delightful). After the company contacted me they simply said the item was “lost in transit”. They did refund my money, but I am unable to get the product because it is now conveniently out of stock. So lack of communication, slow shipping, and no real customer service involved. I will definitely avoid this company.

Ordered sheets from them that were not the color i Ordered. I ordered Light Blue sheets and received sheets that were more grey then blue. When I returned them I was told I was NOT getting a full refund because I had changed my mind on the product. No, I said, The color on the website did not represent the color I received. I sent them pictures and was told that color is Subjective, and If I wanted to know the true color I should have read the reviews. Come to find out, that they used the same picture for Blue and Light Blue on the website. So i ordered the Light Blue sheets showing the picture for the Blue sheets. I contacted Walmart.com and they stepped in and gave me a full refund. I just took a look at their amazon rating for the last 12months, they have a 27% negative rating!

I came to leave a poor review and just read the post by Allison. I, too, was in the same position of this business trying to charge $43 for a returned item and I paid to return shipping so it would have been $55 total !!! I am also getting the charge refunded due to Walmart customer service. This is extremely frustrating and appears to be a very “shady” business practice. Too many quality vendors to deal with and avoid this business. Warning to just shop elsewhere!

Terrible customer service and extremely rude CEO. Asking a customer to pay over $50 more for the item in return shipping is insane. I’m sorry you don’t make money off the sale but I didn’t establish your business processes that was your choice. Thank god walmart customer service took care of me and is reporting the vendor.

Extremely poor customer service. I did not receive what was described in my order, and I was yelled at and insulted when I contacted them. This is the first time I have ever been called names when calling customer service. When speaking with the CEO, he was on edge, aggressive, and truthfully came across as a bit unstable. I would definitely shop elsewhere.

Very disorganized people. Do not expect to get them on the phone. Also, their own CEO, Jerry will insult you. I ordered what I thought was a pillow cover and ordered a pillow by accident. I tried cancelling through Walmart.com just hours afterwards and they still shipped it. I finally get a call from Jerry, the company’s CEO and he had the nerve to say, “Well, you ordered this didn’t you?” Yes, jerk, I did..... by mistake! Now that I got it in the mail today and guess what.... it’s defective! It has a huge faded line across it.

I ordered a bulb for a UV device in February and to date here in late March no tracking or product. This is definitely a scammer attempting to use Walmart to hide behind for their fraud attempt. The best thing a consumer can do after being taken advantage of by this scammer. Is to do a charge back with your credit card company.

My daughter and I both ordered rugs through this company on Walmart.com. It’s been a month. No rugs. No refund. No communications. No NADA. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They are scammers, plain and simple. They wait one month after ordering to make a USPS tracking mumber, but they never ship the items. They tell Walmart that the items were shipped or lost in the mail. They have your money free of charge for over a month. And Walmart does nothing about this company despite their poor reviews.
