I have tried contacting this seller about a missing item four times. No response from the seller, not even an acknowledgement. The item was marked as delivered to an unknown address in Georgia three weeks ago but I do not even live in Georgia. After three weeks of trying to get the item, at this point I just want my money back. It's a birthday gift for my daughter and there's no now way it will get to us on time. Walmart - do better on ensuring your sellers are on the up and up. Amazon would have refunded me by now.

Ordered through Walmart, received small part of order, although tracking number showed still in progress. This company then told me I couldn't receive rest of the order as it was backordered, and I could choose a partial refund or return.... Would not buy from this company again; when I have dealt with other companies and part is backordered they fulfill the order when stock arrives...this company does not offer that option, and for the part of the order I received it was more expensive than other sellers.

I purchased an item thru Walmart.com, The SHIPPING address was the same as the BILLING address, yet my item NEVER arrived. It was sent to an address ON THE OTHER side of TEXAS?????? Apart from that, when looking at the shipping label closer, I noticed a package sent to a wrong address with a weight of 24.5 lbs, this is supposed to be a 99 lb generator, WHAT was actually shipped?????????? When contacting Walmart about never receiving the product, they told me that they spoke to the shipper, and the shipper would RE-SEND the exact same product to my CORRECT address. Then, a day later I receive an email from Walmart stating that a refund has been made to my credit card, but it will take about 4-5 days to process, I need a generator NOW, not in 4-5 days. I also received an email from Breeze LLC that a refund has been made. WHY WAS I TOLD THAT I WAS BEING SHIPPED THE ITEM AGAIN, ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED AGAIN. This seller is the absolute WORST, after reading these other reviews, I understand that I am not the first person that this has happened to. NOW, is Breeze LLC to blame. YES, BUT, and yes there is a big huge BUT, Walmart should be staying on top of these things. Question, it takes a lot of time to leave a bad review, and for every bad review, there are so many people that won’t leave a bad review for whatever reason, but why does Walmart continue to do business with this seller???Walmart- just how many bad reviews does it take to fix the problem? I just ordered the same item at a price over $50 higher from another Walmart vendor. Hopefully, and I pray that this different company isn’t this same company doing business under another name. Do yourself a favor, next time you order something, take the same to look and see who it’s coming from, because Walmart isn’t.

SCAM company for sure. The tracking number assigned to my item indicates it's a 21 lb item. It's more like less than 1 lb since it's a pedometer. Not sure who is worse. The 3rd party sellers that Walmart allows to do business on their website or FEDEX who indicated the package was delivered to my address and signed for. Ring camera doesn't pickup a FEDEX truck ANYWHERE. Can't get anywhere with FEDEX and can't get anywhere with Walmart. Grrr....There should be an option for a rating of 0 of even a negative number. FEDEX is next on my list of negative reviews this morning....
