I also had placed an order thru Walmart to this company. They processed the shipping label for USPS but never delivered them to ship. I've sent them numerous messages thru Walmart (Contact Seller) and received first reply and nothing after that to my other 4/5 messages. Totally fed up with them. I also cancelled my order. Zero, zero, zero stars!!

Same experience as others with a Walmart order for a curtain rod. Seller generated a label through UPS. No movement on the tracking for over a week. Package never even picked up by UPS. This seller is a scammer. Beware.

my product never shipped to usps I have been waiting three weeks as usps has ZERO STARS

I placed an order on June 22 and received an estimated delivery date of July 31. The tracking number that I received does not show any details. I gave it a couple extra days because I understand that things happen. When I called to inquire about my order they were very nice and told me Jamie the manager would contact me within 24 hours as he is the only person who could answer my questions or make a decision to refund my money. 24 hours later I still had not received a phone call or email about it. Needless to say, I have called 5 times in the last 4 days and they still have yet to contact me. I was told by one of the receptionists if I don’t get a call back to contact my bank and have them reverse the charge. I am livid to say the least. This company is not customer service oriented. I would give zero stars if I could.

I had ordered 6 sets of sash rods. They processed the shipping label for UPS but never delivered them to UPS to ship. Walmart was unable to connect with them about my order, so I cancelled. Zero stars.

The time for me to get my order has come and gone. They had a very long time from order to shipping time to begin with. Now it just says delayed and appears the curtain rod never even made it to UPS. I will give this zero stars, but I have to tag it as one star for it to show up.
