worst experience ever. i have been trying to get a refund from them for a smart bracelet that does not work and i keep getting excuses. i think Walmart should think really hard about dealing with this company, and cut them loose.

Your company is fake, will not refund your money

pleasurable experience with their customer service. My issue was resolved to satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I am very pleased and would recommend using them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM ALERT! Bought a wax machine that did not work. Contacted them and they told me "I must be using it wrong". They would not return further correspondence. It was a third party purchase through Walmart, so tried to return to them. They would not take it- said they had no control over it. I'm sorry, I purchase things off Amazon, Ebay, and other third party vendors. Whenever a seller does not come through, they step in. Shame on you, brainy trade AND Walmart for continuing to sell these items after all of the negative reviews. It's obvious you do not care about your customers!

Still trying to get a refund for a HK Spinner that does not work. They won’t respond to emails or phone calls. I’ll never buy from that company again. As for a rating I give them minus 100!!

We purchased a set of 2 training collars for our dog. Neither works They light up when plugged in but as soon as they are unplugged from outlet they won't do anything .waiting on a response from them now on the issue...have 1 star because had to give a rating .

Bought two fitness trackers and both were missing batteries. The main page has a customer service link, but no customer service email.

I think we should absolutely 100% report this person if we dont get refunds or get anywhere with this person. They are scamming people out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars which is a felony. We have their address in New Jersey so if no refund by Monday actions will be taken. All you have to dobis refund my $18. Thats it.

This company sells inferior products that do not work. Counterfeits, fakes, etc. They use misleading advertising in their ads. Walmart allows this even after being told numerous times. Buyer beware !!!

Unfortunately i have to give at least 1 star. Do not purchase from this person i bought a fit watch from Wal-Mart.com and got this used watch that was missing the charger. Didnt know i bought from a 3rd party i called them and they acted like it didnt come with a charger. Completely unprofessional and not worth wasting your hard earned money on. When they refund my money to me i will leave better feedback. Went to Wal-Mart and actually bought the right one and what do you know it had a charger. BEWARE!

You sold me a Electric CanOpener that doesn’t work trying to get my money back get nothing but the runaround from you incompetent clueless asswipes ! The customer should not be responsible for something that doesn’t work refund my money D bags!
