I bought a book on 23 August and i still have not received my book. I paid in full, including shipping. Ibwas expecting delivery 25 sept to 22 oct. Nothing still. They do not reply msges. I will necer buy from you BokksXpress. I want my money back.

Trying to cancel an order made through Amazon - BooksXpress is listed as the seller - but getting zero satisfaction. I have requested that my card company not pay if I am charged (the book has not shipped as I write.)

This company knowingly commits mail fraud then promises to refund the extra charged postage but refuses to communicate or actually refund at all. I have reported the federal offense to the proper authorities to take care of this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

AWFUL. Once again duped by a third party on WM website. Took almost a month to NOT get my my book. They gave excuse after excuse. Just refund me. Oh we will get your book shipped. A week went bye....nothing. Never again. JUST SHIP STUFF WHEN YOU GET PAID

They took my money, tracking confirms they never actually shipped the book, held it for weeks, and do not return your emails. Absolutely the worst.

Don't bother to order from these people they don't send orders it takes over 2 weeks to get anything........ My prayer is that they go out of business!! Stay away,,,,, find another choice!! They take money then they sit on orders and then don't let you know when they will ship and no tracking information!! Lets put them out of business by not giving them any money!

I ordered a book July 28, 2020. As of August 12 I still haven't received it. I tried to cancel the order by calling Customer Service and an online "chat". Two phone calls never returned and no response from online Chat. I am going to cancel with credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered 2 books on March 31. Received message saying they would arrive April 17. Didn’t arrive. Walmart was no help. They just forward the emails. Around the middle of May, I received one of the books. I sent a message asking about the other one. They said their records showed both books were delivered and sent me the delivery notice. The tracking number was not the same and showed a package was delivered in Rhode Island. I told them I didn’t live anywhere near Rhode Island. Then, it was Oops, wrong tracking number, here’s the correct one and it shows your package was delivered on May 9th. I received one book, but it was later than May 9th. Well, sorry, but we show it was delivered and that was it. I will make sure I never order through this place again. I agree on the zero stars.

I ordered 3 books from you through Walmart and the books were returned to via postal service. It was never delivered to me. You refuse to give a refund. This is fraud through the mail.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOKSXPRESS. I ordered the complete collection of The Unwanted for my grandson in March. (This is 6/16.) I gave them a little leeway since there was shipping delays due to COVID. But I NEVER received them even after multiple emails and calls to them. I ordered them through WalMart & cancelled my order. My grandson's birthday was in April and I'm still fuming over it. BooksXpress just doesn't care. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. If there was a minus for the ratings they would get the bottom one from me.

Be careful. Do not order from this thinking you are ordering from Walmart. Placed order March 31. Like others, got a DHL tracking number that’s shown delayed for more than a month. Seller doesn’t return calls/emails. Has taken me this long working with Walmart to finally get to where I should receive a refund in 3-5 days.

I ordered a book on the 17th of may and I keep getting the same original message that they are processing it. It is now the 23rd of May. I have tried to send messages to them but they won't go. May be time to contact the bbb, better business bureau..

Purchased a book on March 26th. Billed on April 6th with notification of shipping and DHL tracking number. Turns out they never shipped it. Just pulled a tracking number and billed me. Walmart just keeps forwarding me on to BooksXpress who either ignores my emails or sends the same canned answer. It was a gift for a birthday that has now long passed. I would buy from somewhere else, but I can't get a refund or confirmation that they will ever ship. Been almost 2 months now. Worst online purchase experience I've ever had. Thanks Walmart!

After 5 weeks, various emails and nonsense estimation dates I have NOT received my order. ALL of us feel scammed. Stay completely away from this useless company. WalMart should be Totally Ashamed of not doing ANY due diligence.

My book still hasn't arrived after sending 2 emails and leaving 2 phone messages with no response from the seller. They have, however, already charged my credit card. The DHL tracking information shows that the package is still enroute to DHL for almost a month now. If I could give zero stars I would for the poor customer service. Lesson learned. Now I just want my money back!

I ordered a women’s fiction book in Oct 23rd. The book was to be delivered between November 5 and November 12. In December, I received a children’s book collection for three times the price. I have tried repeatedly to contact these people....NOTHING!!! They don’t respond to emails either....and Walmart is no help! NEVER will I purchase from them again!!!!!! Disgusted

I ordered a book 3 weeks ago and it keeps saying "delayed, check back later". When I ordered it there was no indication there was an issue so not sure why this is taking 3 weeks. Of course they charged my credit card. This is inexcusable.

Horrible place to do business with. Ordered a book (I thought through Walmart) just after Thanksgiving. Christmas is in five days and I still have not received the item. Have a useless DHL Marketplace tracking number - there is no website to track the order and the Walmart site says its invalid. And Walmart even paid to have the item overnighted three days ago!!! If I could, I would give this ZERO stars!!

Ordered a book through Walmart site on Nov. 27. Finally said "en route" on Dec. 15. Now on Dec. 21 says "Delayed--check status later". Why does Walmart continue to have such a ripoff seller? Should be zero stars!

Terrible! Warning! Do NOT purchase an item from BooksXpress. A month after the item was ordered it still never arrived. It wasn’t until I called Walmart that the company finally shipped the item. BooksXpress pretended it was shipped but delayed and that I should allow an extra 5-10 business days! Funny how my package mysteriously had shipping info uploaded and it finally shipped after I talked with them. Can’t believe Walmart does business with this type of company. Beware!

I sent so many emails and no response. It has been 13 days and no response. I was asking for a tracking number. They respond so quickly when they get an order and say it is shipped but no tracking number.

I will never order books from Walmart again. I placed my order on November 27 and was suppose to receive it on December 16. On December 15 they finally shipped it out but it said delayed. Here it is December 26 and it says the tracking number they gave me doesn't exist. I got of the phone with USPS which was how it was coming in and they have no record of it. So here I am with no books but they took my money. I have to dispute it with my bank now. What a awful company.

DO NOT BUY. THEY DID NOT SHIP. TOTAL SCAM. BooksXpress accepted my payment for an Audiobook CD, they did not ship it after 4 weeks, and provided a bad DHL tracking number which did not show any shipping movement. WalMart has egg on their face for allowing this seller on their website. The only saving grace is WalMart gave me a refund. Why is BookXpress still selling on WalMart's website? I think the WalMart management would have ended their relationship by now.

I ordered book on dec 5th and BooksXpress provided me with fake DHL tracking number. I can't believe that Walmart company is even promoting BooksXpress on their website. Walmart you definitely need to step up your services. You are loosing all the trust from your clients. Please stop promoting and doing business with scammers!

It isn't just Walmart - it is BooksXpress themselves. I ordered a set on 11/13/20 for my daughter's Xmas gift and it NEVER arrived; all the same lying about shipping/tracking as described by others. Very disappointing. Wish I could give a zero rating for these carpetbaggers.

I ordered an audiobook set for a gift from this vendor through Walmart Marketplace on December 1, 2020. When, after a couple of weeks, it became obvious that it wasn't going to arrive by Christmas, I contacted Walmart and asked that the order be canceled. I received a message from the seller that if they couldn't ship soon, they would issue a refund. after a few more days, I ordered the set from a different vendor, who shipped the set right away. I again contacted Walmart and asked that the order be canceled and a refund issued. I received a message from Walmart on 1-4-21 that a refund was being issued. On January 12, 2021, the product arrived! I again contacted Walmart and was told to return the set to a Walmart store. I did so, and was told that the item could not be returned to Walmart ands was given information on how to contact the seller. I did so, and after several attempts, received an email with instructions on how to return the set (at my expense) to them. I returned the set the same day, 1-20-21, and provided them with the tracking # per their instructions. The set was delivered on the following Monday. It has now been more than two months since the original order was placed. I still have not received a refund, and they are no longer responding to emails (they use Zendesk, and you cannot contact them directly)! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS SELLER, OR THEIR AFFILIATE "ABE BOOKS, OR THE WALMART MARKETPLACE! I can't give a score lower than1, so that is my rating.

Do not buy books from walmart.com or from booksxpress. I made that mistake walmart refused to handle the return so I paid to ship the books back to booksxpress they kept the books and never returned my money. I have contacted seller many times. They always claim they will contact me in 48 hours. It's a month later now and 48 hours has still never came. This is a scam.

Two weeks, no word on shipping. When i contacted them they gave me a response which has little to do with what i asked them. Walmart and other online retailers should not do business with these shoddy booksellers.

I ordered a book on 27 November 2020 and am still waiting for it. I got a phony shipping number and was told it would arrive on 17 December 2020. It is now 26 February 2021 and I have been told to wait another 5 - 10 days. This company is a rip-off. I have ordered many books through Walmart.com and have had a great experience, except for the one I have ordered through Booksxpress. This company takes your money and refuses to send your merchandise. I will never order through Booksxpress again. As for ordering through Walmart.com every other company has been a dream come true.

Ordered books in December and still haven't received them.Tracking says delayed.One actually says returned to sender.No refund showing up though.Do NOT use this company.These were actually ordered for a prisoner that really wanted them.Ordered from another company and recieved them in a few days.AMAZING!
