Hey, WalMart, don't you care about who you allow to sell stuff on your website? Why do you allow people who consistently get bad reviews to remain as vendors?

Horrible customer service, poor management, never return phone calls, overpriced for service.

I bought a iPhone 7 "unlocked" refurbished and had to send it off to Apple because I couldn't update and when I got it back turns out it wasn't actually unlocked but jailbroke and now my sims card won't work and I don't know what company its through. I called Apple and they said they couldn't find out what carrier its through. Now i'm out of $150.

Ordered a phone with bluebird wireless on the 5th of February, and they canceled my order saying it was a delay. Okay but I haven’t received my $110 and I’m trying to reach out to someone about my reimbursement? Can anyone help

Bought a unlocked phone (iPhone) - The screen is freezing up and the Siri command dose NOT work which is really horrible especially trying to be hands free while driving . 150$ I wasted and they won’t even email or call me back I have tried to ask for help .

please do not buy from them . I order a phone from them and all I got was an envelope with nothing in it. so I got in touch with them but all they sent me back was mail fraud. I sent them pitchers of the envelope with nothing in it but all I got was mail fraud again. so I told them I was going to get in touch with the BBB and the federal government and a cousin that works for home land security. I am tired of all this crape that they keep saying about mail fraud. they are doing mail fraud to the customers. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THAY ARE NOTHING BUT A PICE OF DOG CRAPE.

Rose Gold This Phablet has multiple issues. The GPS constantly reroutes, the Phabet only charges for about 4 hours then dies. Purchased on Mar 20, 2020, received on March 23, 2020, completely died on June 21, 2020 won't even turn on. It's useless and a piece of garbage Phablet complete waste of money. I want my money back and a return label to give back this garbage. Their Phablets are useless and even have connection issues within city limits using GPS, I had to zoom in and out to find the street I was on in order to map out a hand written map to get home. That's how bad this large electronic waste of metal has the capacity and capabilities of a Government compatibility. I am very truthful and serious on that analysis.

We ordered a phone, there was delayed shipping. The phone was junk. we couldn't even get a sim card in it. we tried to return the phone and was told the return time had passed (even though shipping was delayed two weeks). return denied. junk company with junk products

This is the worst phone I have ever had stuff just stop working an have to cut it off an some still don't work

I purchased a Plum Ram 8 flip phone the later part of May. Had a lot of trouble with it. Called Plum a few times and they were not able to resolve my problems. I always had to leave a message for a call back. The last time I spoke to them I was told it was a problem with AT&T. So I called my carrier who uses AT&T towers and they told me they had no idea what they were talking about! I emailed them to see about returning the phone and I received a short message saying, "Sear customer We offer a 30 day return policy" I guess they didn't know how to spell Dear! The sound quality on the phone it is extremely hard to understand what is being said and even the ring quality is really bad. Terrible product and even worse customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Don't purchase anything Blue Bird Wireless sells! They sell non working product and refuse refund. BUYER BEWARE!
