I wish I had seen the above rating before I ordered a trigger from them and was also bulls 469$ immediately and then they emailed me saying my order was refunded I guess it had to do with my billing address being a PO Box. I emailed them the same day about the issue didn’t get a response and have yet to get a refund, I will be reporting the website and I hope these reviews help others before they get scammed

Do not buy from this website . I purchased a knife for my husband a week before Christmas and I have yet to receive any information in regards to my order . But , got charged immediately. I emailed the vendor and the only response I received was “ will be updating tracking information soon .” This was almost a week ago . I will be calling my bank on Monday to dispute this charge because clearly I won’t be receiving anything ! - 0 - stars

Ordered a Hogue pistol grip “sleeve” for a Hellcat and 10 days later I received a Hellcat magazine instead. I could have just kept it (much more expensive item) but wanted to be honest and do the right thing. So I contacted the company and returned it (at their expense). Company indicated they would send the correct item. So I waited...heard nothing...then sent them an email. Finally got a response. Still waiting for my item, and it’s been almost a month since the initial order. I will NEVER order from this company again. I should have ordered from Amazon. Would probably have received the item in 2 days. Terrible service from Black Wolf Supply.

I ordered a rifle scope from black wolf supply. Website said it was in stock when I ordered. My credit card was charged immediately upon the order, and over the next three weeks I sent three emails and made two phone calls to this vendor which were completely unreturned because I did not receive my order after almost a month, I received an email from the vendor canceling the order blaming the manufacturer for lack of supply. This is unacceptable when the website indicated that the item was in stock. I've been told through email that my purchase price was refunded but I still have not received the refund on my credit card. I've emailed this vendor, but received no response. They are completely unresponsive, don't care about customers, and don't have the items in stock they say they do. I would recommend avoiding this vendor. Terrible customer service.
