Ordered through Walmart online. Received the wrong order and a lesser value toy than what I ordered. apparently in reading other reviews, do not buy from this outside seller through Walmart. This is apparently their MO and always is a "computer glitch mistake." Walmart needs to rein them in for better customer product satisfaction and or stop having them as a partner seller. This brings bad reviews for Walmart just as well for partnering with a Company that does not provide very good customer quality assurance. They take your money and send a"mistake" and a lesser product, what a rip off. Bad taste in my mouth during Christmas shopping through Walmart.

This company sent me Citracal product that was 4 month past the Exp date. Walmart is no better in taking responsibility for tracking the extremely poor service of this company. The shipping cost of $19.51 is very high and Walmart would not refund it even though the product is way past it 's best before date. I will never order anything on line from Walmart.

Ordered Dial Antibacterial Body Wash from this company through Walmart. Package arrived damaged. They mailed this liquid in a bag with no padding or protection of any type. Called Walmart and asked for replacement they sent a return slip within 24 hours to return package, Package was returned they received it per verification from the USPS and 13 days later no replies to emails. When I asked for a refund they told Walmart they had not received the package, Walmart sends an email stating "your email is pending item return. After speaking with multiple associates explaining that I have nothing to return and providing proof with the confirmation number verifying that an individual actually received the package at their location, I finally received a verification email that I would be receiving my refund. Awful experience, I would never patronize this business again.

I wish I had read these reviews while I was online with Walmart placing several orders. They used the recurring excuse that the item being shipped by Big Deal GA was "lost in transit." It took a few emails to get them to admit this. Big Deal GA provided me with the USPS tracking number, and after three weeks, continued to assert they shipped the item. After I sent Big Deal GA proof (twice) that USPS had not received the package, they offered a refund or to reship. I requested reshipment. After a few days and a few more emails, no one could tell me when they would reship. So, I requested a refund. Still awaiting the refund. With all these complaints, Walmart should not continue their business relationship with Big Deal GA . . . I am starting to lose my trust in Walmart. By the way, the one star should be a minus one star, but that's not an option.

Ordered 12 bottles of hair product. They shipped me 2 and charged full price plus huge shipping fee. These guys suck and so does Walmart for allowing this to happen.

Ordered a vornado fan through Walmart & they used this company?? Ordered on Aug 27 it is now Sept 8. They're saying it was lost in transit, FedEx says they never received the package. Disappointed in Walmart for not shipping direct from themselves. This company appears to be a scam. Beware.

I ordered foaming hand soaps. 2 of the 4 opened in transit. Instead of a replacement, I was asked to return them all, or get refunded for 2. Customer Service extremely poor.

Hello, My order was 40 oz of Knorr Tomato flavor and I received Chicken flavor instead. I am vegetarian and do not cook with meat flavor. Cannot come out of the house as I am disabled. Contacting Big Deal GA by phone, no answer. Then, reading the negative reviews of other customers make me think this company should not be in the business with Walmart. Shipping label came from different company as no way to contact you directly. Overall, this is bad customer service. I know so as I hold degrees in Business and Law and work with the government. Please, find a solution for the order mistake at your earliest. Thank you.

Ordered shampoo and received an empty FEDEX Pak with residue of shampoo. What a scam Walmart is running here. Now I have to waste my time trying to get a refund. Never will purchase this way again through WalMart. Amazon is the way to go at least they have decent customer service behind them.

I ordered from walmart online, but was told the shipping had changed so I thought no problem. When item was shipped these bastards charged me $55 for a shipping fee for an item that cost $20. You may rest assured I will not use you again and will watch for you on Walmart. It was necessary to cancel my order within 1/2 hour of ordering and you ignored my request saying it had already shipped. Walmart needs to do better than this and drop this company.

I think these people are a scam. Placed an order for sleep aid. It was sent along with rest of a 6 item order to San Leandro, CA UPS. Then the sleep aid was handed over to USPS and disappeared. Received all other 5 items in a 6 item order thru Walmart, but never received the sleep aid. I don't think it ever existed. Got a refund from Walmart and they placed the order again for me. Again, It left Big Deal GA 4 days ago, and has not been tracked since. I don't think these people ever actually send anything.

I give one star because there is no zero. Not only did they send the wrong product, it took 10 days to get it, and the food product was nearing the expiration date. I contacted WM who contacted them. They didn't respond. I contacted WM again. Finally heard from the company, they took my complaint and would get back to me . Finally, replied they would send me a Return Mail Label to send it back. I said that was not an acceptable resolution. It was not my error and I am disabled and they were asking me to correct their error. I suggested they send me a correct replacement or issue me a refund. I ordered online for direct delivery for a reason! I have heard nothing. I contacted WM again and they are referring it to a higher WM authority. WM should not do business with this company.

I have been trying to get in touch with this seller and have had NO LUCK. This IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a B-12 supplement and need to return it, due-to-the-fact that it contains an artificial sweetener, which I am highly allergic to. I am out $24.00. Order December 06th, delivery should be December 16th, I sent emails and called them and they could not tell me where was my package, if they still had in stock or not, etc..... Terrible, don't use them, WalMart should stop selling through this supplier.

Horrible! Am still waiting for an order from a month ago. FedEx tracking shows pending, label printed....but never sent. So I sent them one f8nal scathing email. I have airline flight and I told them if I don’t hear from them in 5 days, I’ll be on a plane after Christmas and will come to their offices and demand my money is person! That should be a scene! Ordered in the beginning of Dec. and have not received my order. It is now more than 3 weeks since order date. They ship from (1) state away, so the shipping time should not be so long. I will make sure to never purchase from them again and will let others know of their poor service!

I'm surprised that Walmart would allow this company to remain selling in their market place. Walmart will not help either.

I ordered Cadbury Easter Candy Coated Mini Eggs - 42 oz from them. I received a bubble padded envelope rather than a box with bubble wrapping in it. My item was burst open at the side seam contents spilled out into the shipping package. NOT very sanitary, and came in contact with NON-Food grade materials. Broken Submitted a return......I'll see how things go.

Ordered 2 gallons of shout laundry stain remover. Received it in a box without any protection around. Lid was partially off and product spilled out. The jugs were partially frozen like slush. BUYER BE WARE. I’m shocked big bad Wal Mart let’s them sell on there website!!!!! If I could go lower than one star I would.

Ordered through Walmart. Received entirely wrong item. Every step of the return required multiple emails to Big Deal GA to get anything done. I get the feeling they have a policy that reads, “Don’t send the return label or a refund until the customer ask several times.” I expect they make money off people who give up on waiting for the return label or who forget to check to see if their money was actually refunded.

The company has a large number of negative reviews which based on my experience are well deserved. I will be buying products online at Walmart only as a last resort going forward.

I ordered a $300+ bouncy house from them, but them sent me a waterslide, not what I ordered. I immediately returned the item to my local Walmart the day I received it. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and I have yet to see a refund after several emails. I will not be purchasing from Walmart Marketplace again since they allow sellers like this to sell there and don't support their customers.

I received my order and it was busted and had ran everywhere. Seller would not contact me so Walmart refunded me my money. My purchase was over $40 and had to be thrown away. I suggest not ordering from Big Deal if you have that option. The one star given was so I could give a rating.

I ordered an item, and Big Deal GA cancelled my order without any notice. They still had the item in stock, but they cancelled my order because they raised the price on the item and decided that they did not want to honor the price in my original order. Very sleazy. Walmart.com said that they would force them to honor our deal, but they never did.

I ordered $30 worth of a supplement from them and it said they would by the 9th of August. It is now the 10th of August and it is still being processed. I will never order from them again and Walmart is of little help

My $50 box of Snickers never arrived. Walmart pushed me off to FedEx. Fed Ex says these guys have to file the lost shipping claim- BS! Why can't I the customer file a claim when the seller refuses to help? Walmart- I love ya. BUT your online vendors can go to Hades! NO stars!

I ordered my product through Walmart.com, the guaranteed delivery date was three weeks out. The guaranteed delivery date came and went. My product never arrived. I contacted walmart.com and they "escalated" my case, Big Deal GA was supposed to contact me within 48 hours. They didn't bother. Ended up canceling my order, after being very patient. Be careful when you order through walmart.com and this company is listed as the third party seller. They don't care about you, or your satisfaction as a customer. Walmart.com should really sever ties with this seller.

Very poor customer relations. Ordered 2 speakers for a wedding. Speaker that shipped were not what was ordered. The price difference between the speakers was $81 per speaker. Charged me $600 for $440 speakers. When I contacted them about the price difference they said the could only refund $80 as they had to pay shipping for the speakers. Big Deal GA ordered them through Sam's Club and shipped them to me. I could have gotten them at Sam's Myself for the same price. I wanted the other speakers due to an added feature. Was just looking for them to refund $160. The were only willing to refund the $80 or full refund with return. I needed them for a wedding. Do not do bussiness with them. Watch who you buy stuff from on Walmart.com. Wish I could give no stars.

My rating is actually a "0". I live in Michigan and they delivered my package to Maryland! Then sends me an email saying check my neighbors porch, etc... If the took a minute to look at my order # and address, they would know they were at fault. Now having issues getting a refund! Walmart isn't helping either, keep directing me to them. Walmart should definitely be held accountable for vendors they use as third party! I'm very upset with Walmart!

I ordered Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair from WalMart online on May 2, 2023, and it was supposedly shipped through this company. Even though WalMart said it had been delivered, I never received it, and WalMart has never refunded my money.
