0 Stars! Be smarter than I was and read the reviews. I ordered a 16 inch plush figure through this company through Walmart Marketplace, assuming it would be legit. Paid over $20 for it. When it arrived, it was only 7 inches (that's being generous). Tried to return it to Walmart, but they said the company wouldn't accept returns through them. Tried to initiate the return process with the company. This is the response I got. 'I am sorry it does not meet your expectations,but this product also can be used normally. Maybe you can send it to your family/buyers as a gift or resell to someone who need. How about we give a discount to you in your next order and you keep the order? Best wishes"'. Obvious that they had no intention of standing behind their product. I emailed them that I just wanted to return it and get a refund. No response. I tried initiating another return and they won't respond to me. BUYER BEWARE!

you sent me the wrong item and will not send me a return label . WHY? I can not afford to loose $50.00 . I am a 77 year old woman .

Unable to return, they keep coming back with more discount options to keep the product.

Don't buy from this seller, bait and switch; will not refund money. They continued to offer small discounts to keep their product, which I did not want. On their display they showed two chairs for $116 (2 items) when I received the item there was only one chair. I tried to work with the 3rd party seller, but they continued to send emails offering discounts but no refund. I contacted WalMart.com and they corrected the issue. One Star is the lowest the system will allow...too bad.

Horrible customer service! Sent me an item that was not usable and ripped. They will not allow me to return it, and offer me 30% of the $50 that I paid for the item. Proceeds to tell me that I can still use it even though I sent pictures of the item that came damaged. If I can give the zero stars I would. Do not buy from these people. They will rip you off in a heartbeat.

This is the worst company EVER!!! Please do not waste your time or money buy anything from them. They are a scam and a fraud. They do not do returns as stated when you buy the product. I have never been so frustrated in my life. This company is awful, awful, awful and they should not be allowed to operate as a business, much less as an associate of Wal-Mart.com. Wal-Mart is doing itself and its customers a disservice by having any connection with such a shady and disreputable business. An obvious clue is that they only respond through email and most of those are poorly written and nonsensical. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

No stars. Do not buy from this company, items advertised are not the items delivered. I made the mistake in purchasing party tents from Walmart.com and found out after purchase that items were not sold by Walmart but through this third party vendor. As of yet, have not been able to return or receive refund.

Horrible experience! do not get involved with them.. They will send you faulty refurbished things and won't cooperate when the broke 2 months later

Do not purchase from this company pulled a bait and switch; will not refund, just playing games over email.
