ORDERED A CHARGING CABLE USB-C FOR MY COOLPAD PHONE. I SPECIFIED COOLPAD. THEY DELAYED SHIPMENT FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND THEN SENT A CHARGER FOR A GALAXY PHONE. NOT A COOLPAD. DID THIS TWICE. DELIBERATELY.

yeah there on walmart they jack up the prices for stuff by. 75% then buy out the cheap stuff to resell stay away from these crooks this is why they formed a llc so they can’t be sued

This company will just rip you off. Look at the one and two star reviews on Newegg, for instance; several of them exactly match my experience (ordering used parts from other sellers, and then delaying / ignoring returns). I suspect a lot of the better reviews are fake. Don't order from them; they will waste your time and try to steal your money.

They said my charger I ordered for my Mom's phone was lost in the mail by a carrier. They refunded my credit card. We waited and waited for the order maybe three weeks. Could never do the tracking on the item either because it had a stopping point and would not go any further. I made a note at my desk to never buy from them again. I could not ever get through by phone. My email was answered.

I order two Dell XPS 15 screens by mistake. I thought they were laptops. I returned items through Walmart and was shorted 305,00 on my refund. Still waiting for Betech to respond.

Do not order from this company they are a rip off service. They send your items to a third party & resell them & keep your money. Your credit card company can reimburse you but they get away with the money anyway.

These crooks are unbelievable!!!! I ordered 2 sets of plastic condiment bottles (2 sets of of 8) for $9.99 plus tax with free shipping. I received the order which contained TWO SINGLE BOTTLES for which I was charged 20.63!!!!! The phone number is an immediate cutoff and there is no way to get in touch. Emailed them and they refused refunding the money!!!! AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!
