Can I give them NO stars? DO NOT buy from this company!! Mailed 8 curtains in a mailing envelope wrapped tight with tape. Advised them that they were the wrong curtains and requested a refund. They did. 38 cents on each curtain. Numerous emails - nothing. Non existent customer service.

Bought 4 pair of red sheer curtains. Done thru walmart. Shows clearly on website that it was a set of 2 (55x63). When I received each pack had only 1 panel and they were (54x63). Clearly not what I ordered. Can not reach company and walmart is no help either!

Ordered 5 Purple 63 inch Sheer Curtains. Am SHORT 2. Called Wal-Mart. They CANT Reach The Company! Unhappy For Sure!

The Best Linen Warehouse stuffed TWO throw blankets into a USPS letter-size envelope and shipped them to me. Then they taped up the envelope with clear packing tape. I can barely get them out of this sub-standard packaging. Horrible service.

I am not happy, I am trying to return a sheet and this company sent me a return label which is not printable, after I was told they paid for the return, I notified them that I could not print off the label,I was told,pack it and send it back at my own expense really good customer relations.

Paid for a blanket from them on Walmart.com- it was part of a larger of 12 related items order , but the rest was actually done by Walmart. Order was made in middle of November and this was only part that said delayed. Status now says shipped but not delivered. Tried repeatedly to contact the company but to this date have still received no reply. Contacted Walmart and they said they would check and could see that it was not delivered but again still no response. But did get an email survey asking me about the superior customer service I received from their phone guy. For a stupid $13.00 blanket I will now not only never buy anything Best Linen sells but will only buy online from Amazon. By the way customer service for Walmart's online business is kind of useless. Incidentally, I have already paid for the entire order. Good luck getting the $12.99 +tax refunded. Not used to this crap.

This company is a joke ordered bath accessories they arrived broken returned it to Walmart my refund has not been issued. Please don’t uses this company!!!

I purchased a sheet set and only received the pillow cases. They dont feel flannel. But would like to get my sheets anyway. Wish I had read about business before I ordered

I ordered curtains on April 30th, 2019 here we are July 26th 2019 nearly 3 months and I still dont have my curtains. Yes, I know it says its in shipping but its Ohio to la. Doesn't take 3 months.

I almost didn't buy this with all the bed reviews. I ordered on the Wal-Mart site. I'm happy to say my bedding arrived before the date I was given. Package came before I got home husband opened it and said all looked well

They are scammers and a disgusting operating business.

Ordered a comforter on March 28, 2019. Didn’t think I had to read customer reviews because I was ordering through Wallmart. I have order several things through Walmart Marketplace and the merchandise was wonderful. Just like the other customers , I get and email from this company that it will arrive April 4th. That didn’t happen. Called Walmart and she said that it is on back order. Funny when I ordered it is wasn’t. She tried to call them and couldn’t get through. The rep emailed them and they have 24 hours to respond. I emailed the day before. I didn’t hear from them. They are SCAMERS!!! I am sure Wallmart will refund me.

I ordered a blanket a month ago through Walmart I received my items from Walmart, but not my blanket from you people! You haven't even replied to my emails! If anyone wants to order from Best Linen think twice about it!!

Ordered an 11 piece comforter set sent a 7 piece set will not answer calls nor emails

On January 5, 2019 I ordered a duvet set from you through Walmart. My order #2761987631626, Empire Home Ocean Blue 7 Piece Comforter Set Over-Sized Wave Embroidered 21069-Queen Size , Item 912187871 was to arrive by January 17. I’ve contacted mail services, Walmart and Best Linen in regard to not having received this item or a way to track it. I’m very disappointed and hope it will be arriving very soon. March 2, 2019 I ordered set of twin sheets. I was told my sheets would be delivered on March 14, 2019. They gave me a USPS tracking number. Now they don't know where my sheets are, I called Walmart on March 18, 2019 at 4:00 pm Pacific time to report this delayed order.They took my information and they gave me a case number to call if I don't here from this company in 24 hours Pacific time, Walmart will deal with this. . Walmart needs to drop this company ASAP.

Ordered a sheets, and never received them. Status keeps showing delayed with no other explanation. Have contacted Walmart 3 times & Best Warehouse 3 times. Keep getting a run around. Going to call my credit card company for a charge back. Walmart needs to qualify their marketplace sellers better. My son says I should have used Amazon.

I had ordered a bedding set from these guys, but it never came. It said that it was "delayed" for some reason and all the tracking details ever said was "just shipped" and that the "tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the USPS facility". I tried contacting the seller about it myself and they just wouldn't answer or get back to me. I would definitely save your self the time and order what you need from someplace else. This seller is good for nothing.

Do NOT buy from this Company, they are horrible with, customer service, very poorly made products. I purchased Curtains threw Wall-mart.com and they are horrible. I wanted a refund and did what Best Linen told me and tried to return them to Wall-mart twice and they mailed them back to me. The curtains are very poorly made. Bought quilt set about month ago , never received it or even tracking

I purchase these curtains they are beautiful,, however I’m color blind and I order black and I got navy blue, I’ve had them about a month but didn’t realize they were blue u til my guest arrived weeks later and advised me that they were navy blue. Now of course I don’t have the original package to return them for the color I order, I have taken them down but I’m so so sad I stuck with 2 sets of curtains I cannot use nor return.
